Zinga /Hit it rich have made the games impossible to win on or to be able to play with giant minimums and their last update was worthless as far as game play goes game freezes and you have to close out of it to get it to work again.

I’ve never had SO many problems recently with this game. I have told tech support, first about a patch, then another patch required. Every update, the wheel bonus doesn’t work. Now I go into collect my bonus…wait, and wait..says it has to be reloaded. So it try’s…but doesn’t do it! I am throughly fed up! So, currently can’t get on, what’s new? Been playing this game for ages…so I wish someone would fix whatever issues, so we can get back to gaming! Ridiculous!

I have been very critical of this game lately because of how difficult it is to get any decent wins, finish the cards, and to keep my levels. I have spent a lot of money on this game this summer , that it’s almost embarrassing. However, I really want to give praise to my VIP Manager Chrissy. She has been fantastic to me by getting back to me quickly with any of my concerns, and by providing me with little extra perks to keep me playing during some hopeless losing streaks. She has been wonderful.

I’ve been playing this casino-style arcade of games daily for many years, during which time I’ve seen many favorites disappear (probably due to licensing issues). Zynga recently sent me a survey asking for feedback. Surprisingly enough, the developers actually restored two of my favorites. 4/5 stars overall, but a super “high five”for actually listening! Why is the game glitching when you are just about to get a decent score. Don’t seem right.

I’ve found it’s extremely hard to get the bonuses or even big winnings. If I were at a casino in Vegas with what I’ve been winning or not winning- I’d leave the casino! More winnings so I can keep playing🙁

This game is a bit addicting to play

Don’t play this game much now since they made it lock upside down! I fold my cover to have my iPad inclined on my lap and yes it is locked upside down. Why was it made to be locking in the upside down position???? Do that many people have an attached keyboard????

In the past few weeks I’ve had many technical issues. When the game changes from horizontal game to vertical it flashes or freezes and you have to close it and start again. I’m tempted to delete and reinstall it but am afraid to lose my standing. Very annoying and needs to be looked into.
