I love how the app tells you if it’s available online or at the store but why can’t it give the isle number that tells you where it is at the store?? Other stores do it? I go into the store trying to find the item but have to find someone that works there and they take me somewhere I never would have thought to go to get it!?! Please add this!!!

I appreciate this app but it has been so buggy for me recently that it makes it so difficult to use. Every time I scroll on a search it goes back to the top and tries to reload. I like being able to see what’s in stock but it gets annoying to find what I’m looking for.

I don’t care if it tells me where stuff is in the aisle, but I do love how it shows me the prices and stuff and what the stuff looks like I like the app so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was having trouble with my hobby lobby app during online shopping so I had to call hobby lobby customer service and they were very professional about my purchases. And helped me get my order I would recommend this app.

I had something framed, forgot to add something to it. This gentleman get it right out, undid everything for me and then reframed it for me. I love HL and the staff there! Thanks Rashad for a job well done!

You cannot filter or show if it is in store or in stock.

Did yall really cheap out on the app? Webview yall???? Come on now. I know you guys must rake in a lot of money. Too much for your devs to be making a webview app.

How is it 2025 and the app is THIS bad? Shopping in store is great but anytime you go online or use the app, it’s horrible. Like it’s stuck in 2005 and incredibly slow.

I had trouble with the website so I thought to download the app only to find out that it’s almost the exact same. I have had problems with searching, purchase history, and just overall user interface.

Logs you out every single time you close the app. Search function needs an upgrade and it would be nice if you could tell if items are in stock at your local store.

You can’t search and can’t filter the search! I hate this app
