I use this app lot and like even if it is not everyday I use it and helps a lot. It gives you step by step instructions videos if you don’t know how to do it, it’s for male and female I think and there is background music too. Overall very good app
Very well planned and always fun and not to hard but good and efficient
I’ve used this app once before and I have to admit, there are a ton of improvements. 5 stars and I recommend purchasing the $40 a year thingy it’s definitely worth it.

I really liked this app and it helped gain strength. One of my favorite things about the app is how much you can personalize it. The workouts where just the right difficulties and if they where too difficult the app would change your workout plan to make it easier and same thing if the workouts where too easy. I’m a 58 year old that is 5’4” 155 lbs and hv been fit-ish all my life. But my daughter is getting married and I wanted to see my abs again before that date. So at first I started eating right, but that only hit me to 138 lbs so I started this app. In the second week I’m down to 132. I can’t wait to see the rest of the old 8 pack. By the way this app is killing it!!

Wow. This was one of the most active and useful app. I lost 32 calories!!!!!!!!! And I also have abs! You can also see how much you are drinking a day and how much steps you take a day!!!!!!!!!!! My friends use to make fun of me but now they realize I am more stronger. It is also very fun and gives you everything you you need. So just download the game. DO IT!!!!!!!!!!
I've been wanting to workout for a while now, and this app has been popping up everywhere. I wanted to see what it was like, so I bought the app. It's one of the best workout apps I've ever had! There are many workouts to choose from like abs, back and shoulders, arms, and many more. Even after a few days, I feel much stronger. I'd recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a start to working out. The many plans make working out easy and efficient to track. I give it a 5 out of 5!
First off, I love this app. It’s been working great am I’m not even two weeks in. Im 14 and I can do above 10 push-ups at a time. But I saw that I shouldn’t do intense workouts if I’m under 16. It says that if you can do above 10 you could change to intense workout. Am I safe to or should I just keep it at what it is now?
The app is good — simple workouts to do at home without equipment. Check. Here’s what’s missing: 1. An iPad app so you can watch the videos larger. It should also integrate with the Apple Watch. 2. Similarly, an Apple TV app that also integrates with the Apple Watch. 3. Strava integration — I want to see my workouts in my Strava feed. FitBod does this best (bonus: free distribution / advertising!). If these features come, I’d bump up the rating.

Great app to workout
I am a 11 year old boy that (used) to be pretty weak and the only thing I really had a lot of muscle in was my biceps, now I have a visible six pack, bigger arms, shoulders and generally a bigger upper body. Please try this app for either losing weight or just building muscle.

Hello! Love the app! If I could make a suggestion to add the water intake to the data it writes to Apple Health app that would be great! The workouts are tailored to my level and easy to follow. The water intake complications on my Apple Watch are awesome easy to track my intake. Not sure how often it syncs up to the app because I have to manually refresh it so maybe could work on automatic syncs more often. Overall really enjoy the app and look forward to any updates! Thanks!

Best free program for home exercises with a coach
I would recommend this app for people who like home workouts it is easy to use and you can sync it to apple health but I would like the developer to add a sync feature to strava, strava is used for runs, walks, bike riding, swimming, hiking, and weight training a app that I used to have that could sync to strava was fitbod but it wasn’t free after a couple workouts as for this app is free but does not have the sync feature to strava
I have always tried to get in shape, but I have never succeeded, this app helped me keep everything accountable and after just 4 months I got to my weight goal and got a six pack

This app works every muscle, and is a great app. The one thing I would say they can work on is adding more of a Ardith to the work outs that they do.
