I’ve had this app for yearssss… and Love it … But recently it’s not working … I just deleted the app and tried to redo it now everything is gone… is there anything I can do to atleast restore my app

With whatever update they seem to have fixed the issues. I am able to access all my charts and it did restore previous purchases. It was a really big problem for many of us. I hope that with time many people who had issues try it again.

I’ve had this app for years. Maybe close to 4 or 5. Throughout each update, I’ve genuinely liked it more. The progress and accuracy of this apps development has truly impressed me with its accuracy and the transits! It would be nice, if in the search bar, it could pull up placements as well. Example: “Scorpio rising” and everyone I’ve added with a Scorpio rising would pop up. I also have loved the photos and how they update with the app, but I wish I could choose an avatar from a previous year

So many different details, and you can choose tropical or sidereal as well as other preferences. I'm sure the paid version is nice but the free is already great 🥳

Thanks for fixing the immediate crash glitches 🙌🏼 Some here and there but it’s usable now. Only complaint now is that I Wish it had more information on current transits and how they effect your own planets in relation.

The best app ever

I’ve been using this app for an ungodly long time and I’ve always loved it (used to be a 5 star app). But now something seems so dry about the color pallet it lacks a sense of wanderlust for the cosmos and now it also feels all ai generated. I miss the days when astrology apps came from self and study especially my horoscope which use to always be right now it’s disconnected 🫩 3 stars until something changes for the better

I am pretty upset because I’ve used this app for many years with ads and never had a problem. Now I can’t exit the adds to go forward bc of where the x to exit is, so I’m forced to not only watch the ad but not even gain access to the next page after watching it. It’s pretty upsetting because I’ve always recommended this app over other highly rated apps because of its accuracy, and honestly I’m about to delete it

I love this app and I recommend it to all my friends. The ads are probably the worst thing about it which is why I paid for no ads. Is this just a bug? Please fix thanks 🙏🏼

I’m trying to unlock the houses but it won’t let me no matter how many times I press the “unlock” button but nothing happens. Not even an option to purchase or anything.

I am on Horus and a Moderator and have an idea for helping the community grow. I feel that Horus should make a Discord server for their app. It would create a closer community, give more awareness and more efficient news and updates. A lot of people are using Discord now and many apps and games have a Discord server to grow their community and company. I would appreciate it if you took my idea into consideration. Can’t view houses it shows lock and won’t allow purchase or do anything

I can’t make in-app purchases, nothing happens when I click “Unlock”.

I’m about to delete this app. It is useless to me now that I cannot add another chart because of the terrible placement of the X on the ads. I used to love, favor, and recommend this app to everybody. Not any more.

i can’t recommend this app enough! it has so much information on it, you can easily store other peoples charts on it so it’s quick to go back and pull up a friends chart. it’s just so good! it’s the most accurate app i’ve seen so far that offers this much information on it! when this app goes through updates temporarily sometimes the placements or house placements will be off but they have always seemed to fix that quickly!

Can you put more descriptions on aspects info and chart Also add progressions ** Add Astrocartography

Like the update hate that its no description for for the new Astro placements (North Node , Lilith, Chiron, and Part of fortune) also how it’s not description for the aspects I think this app has the ability to be great just lacking on a few things that would make this more helpful then another barring horoscope app

I notice that my friends and family member’s charts all have more placements (North node, Lilith etc). My chart doesn’t have that which is kind of a bummer since I would like to have that for myself.

This is simply the best zodiac app on the market. All of these other ones where you have to pay $50 a year doesn’t compare to all the stuff you can access for FREE!

Everything is good except my ascendent wrong along with my house placements.

With my daughter she is a libra sun, Aqua moon and in all other websites she is Aries rising, but y’all have her as Cancer rising. What gives?

I enjoy this app a lot but why isn’t there a way to view past reports you’ve bought?? I bought a romantic compatibility report and didn’t have time to read it and now I’m trying to go back and it won’t even give me the option

I love this app, it’s simple, easy, and usually accurate, but lately it’s been giving false signs and just needing an overall look at. Please fix this I love this app.

I LOVE THIS APP! however, since the most recent update, I’m not able to change the profile pictures of anyone added after the update. Minor issue but still would like to be able to change them.

It was so great but now out of no where you can’t add the time and date of birth to add a friend. So that’s really disappointing.

The app is so cool and helpful with information, but I also messed up my birth time and cannot change it. Please fix this bug. I’d love to keep using this app

It doesn’t refresh your horoscope everyday and ultimately I purchased the full app. Sometimes it gets the days wrong and calls monday, sunday.

The concept is great and has potential, however I think it has a long way to go. It’s a tad hard to navigate and I wish it was easier to add friends. I’m hoping improvements are made in the future. But for now this will do.

Sometimes it freezes and won’t let u add a friend. The houses r completely incorrect. And I wish they had an option that let you pick which astrology system you prefer, for instance, I prefer my sidereal birth chart

I paid 6.99 to still be accosted by ads. Fix that.

I would like it if you could click on the wing icon and it explain what “astral heaven period “ means. The same for the horseshoe symbol...

I love the app but the reports aren't working. I deleted the app and redownloaded & its the same, loading but then there's no button there.

The first tab “today” hasn’t been working for like months!!! And it keeps saying error when I try to add another person’s info to the system

In the last couple of months this app has gotten so glitchy . There’s been an error message on the daily update tab for months, tried to add a chart getting an error message, and now uninstalled & reinstalled and now getting an error when trying to create my account…WTF! On top of that, there is no technical support, I would like someone to fix this

The app did an update and now the app won’t open. Please help I utilize this app daily.

I really liked this app for the longest but now the reports won’t ever load and that was one of the main reasons I even got this app

As a professional astrologer, I would love to recommend this app. The ads are annoying, but I was willing to pay. The “unlock“ green button doesn’t work, nor does the “remove ads“ option on the side menu. These buttons do not lead anywhere. This is a wasted opportunity and a waste of time for your users.

you’re not using a team of expertise to gather information about astrological transits, which you made known, when you made the mistake of accidentally pasting your A.I search request into the same horoscope. It’s pitiful and shows the lack of effort on your part

I’m not able to edit information after it’s entered. I’m paying for the app, but I still have to watch an ad to be able to enter someone else’s chart. I’m not able to skip the ad. Love the information this app gives but it is NOT worth buying or using most of the time.
