Love this game sm but I stopped getting achievements when I started building my second hospital!!

Only two hospitals. 2nd cannot be completed due to known bug that will not be fixed anytime soon. Tech support says no plans for updates. 2nd hospital has unopened areas that cannot be opened. Maxed out staff. I can only assume that the known bugs are ways to slow players down. Will not be financially supporting this app…

hi, please update the game. when i travel between two hospital some functions does not work. such as "delivery management"

Ive sent two messages to the developers to try and get the big fixes completed. I paid about $30 into this game and my game keeps saying I need to hire 1 equipment administrator and 2 medical instrument administrators in Hospital General which is already done and that I need to build construction room 8 which is already built in Paradise Hills Hospital. I am unable to move to the third hospital even though the first two hospitals say I am at 100% so I guess I just wasted my money on the game. O

I love this game so much and need it to be updated. Please don’t abandon itttttt

I really like this game, but the bugs are making it frustrating to play. I used 50 gems for an extra investigator and the game is not letting me use it. The game also is not letting me research the bandage supplies. This means I can’t use the operation room. It would be a five stars if these bugs were fixed.

I got a 100% on the first hospital. At the 2nd hospital, the emergencies stopped happening completely. It’s been weeks without them. An objective “build consolation room 8” has been done but it won’t give me credit. In fact, all hospital rooms have been built. Summary, was fun until it wasn’t possible to continue. You can quickly make in game money without buying any packs.

This game is a lot of fun but idk why thing don’t update while the phone is off I finished playing last night went to bed to find that nothing had finished updating so I have to sit in the game for 3 hours to upgrade???

This game is amazing I love everything about it.

Wish there was a way to pay for no adds

I really like the game but there are so many glitches. On the second Hospital the dentist rooms are added but not really supported. The objective list won’t clear even though I finished everything. This is very frustrating. Now I have done all I can but the last two rooms won’t open up. Please fix.

I like this game and play it often however it does not work consistently. Download at your own risk.

this game slaps. (in a good way) i really like this game, i also enjoy telling everyone i own a hospital.

Love playing this game. But, my consultation room 1 when it was at level 3 would see multiple patients before needing medical supplies. And use to only need like 2 or 3. Now he’s needing 4 or 5 at level 5 and after each patient. I thought when we level up. The need for medical supplies decreases. Not increases. That’s my only problem with the game. Other than that I love it

The game was fun but all my areas have been upgraded now there is nothing to do in the game.

This game has potential. However, you have to spend $6 to get more builders. NO WAY! You should be able to get more builders the more you level us. This is greedy and unnecessary. You can’t play this game effectively with just 1 builder.

I enjoy the game a lot! It’s a good way to spend time. But with the vault capacity capped at 4,500,000 I can’t update past that. Is there any fix to this?

It's a good game but the money cap is a problem also the doctors always ask for raises. I'm stuck on getting everything getting maxed out operating room 3 has a bug where I cannot max it out

The game was fun in the beginning until I noticed glitching within the game that still hasn’t resolved. I still have rooms that haven’t cleared which make it impossible to win those mini games. Highly annoying. Overall still a fun little game. Just not going to put no more money into it.

I have really enjoyed the game but now that I have maxed out every skill & employee I have nowhere & nothing else to do. An update is taking too long :(

Love this game. I’ve been playing casually for a few months and have maxed out all of the staff & rooms! Can’t wait for a new update for more gameplay!

After a week of playing there’s nothing left to do but upgrade. And now after everything is upgraded there’s no challenges other than random emergencies. No events or anything. Are the devs going to have more challenges or events!? Seems abandoned.

I’ll save you the hard work at the end when you upgrade every single thing, every DR, every room, every distributor….. Nothing happens, no celebration, no accomplishment, no next level or new challenge. The game doesn’t even acknowledge that everything is upgraded, Disappointing!

Lovely Game, but we should be able to increase Dr’a salary when I want to and not when the app prompts it.

Way too much ads just gave it 5 stars so your more likely to see it.

This game was fun enough for a while. But it is in need of something new. All is upgraded, the disasters are the same and the idiot doctors (same ones over and over) are always asking for a raise. The is no game play at all.

I love this game but I beat it .. where the chance to move to a different bigger hospital, where the chance to to more challenge and using the icu area please upgrade game

I love this game….worked hard to cure the city of disease in that event, upgraded almost my entire hospital and staff to top ranks….and now there’s nothing left to do. It’s been months since an update. I’m getting bored!!

the game is great, however, there’s something up with one of my consultation rooms where patients leave because there isn’t any seating.. but there’s two empty chairs outside of the room.. odd

I think you definitely buy this game because it’s so much fun. See those 3 or 2 rates well they are haters do not lessen to them. That’s why you should doun loud this game.

Overall a pretty fun idle game. A concern I have noticed the past few days is nobody is using the ICU anymore. Like literally zero. Is this a glitch? Is there a reason? Just wasted salary with 2 ICU nurses walking around treating nobody.

I haven’t found any 🐛 buhpgs no glitches nothing so amazing work on that

I like the game but recently all three of my surgery rooms have frozen along with two of the radiology rooms. Meds etc are not delivered so they are not completing any patients at all.

They have been promising another hospital level for over a year now. YOU WILL GET STUCK AFTER THE SECOND HOSPITAL. THATS IT! END OF GAME!!

My skill icon is missing after getting a new hospital! I had them in the old hospital. I used them at new hospital then went back to the one they were there then when I went back to my new hospital the lighting icon is missing!!

Got this game as something fun to do every now and then, got to the second hospital and got up to 88% completed with it when suddenly I logged on and all my doctors had disappeared, all workers were gone, all research had disappeared and 11 of my already built rooms were gone along with sporadic stations for my distributors and suppliers were gone. I’m not sure what happened or why but I will be deleting this game. Gave it two stars since it was fun while it was properly working.
