Onboarding was super smooth with Ernesto’s help!

Lionel was my onboarding coach with Hostaway. I couldn’t be happier with his teaching style and knowledge. He has an excellent command of the product and is able to work at whatever pace the customer prefers, making it easy to get everything set up quickly, correctly and with confidence. After my training with Lionel, I knew I had chosen the right PMS.

I needed help walking through pricing, I called and had help within 2 minutes. Jeriko assisted me quickly with understanding my issue and fixing the problem. Really helpful and great to work with!

Seems like weekly updates to the app

Not a bad app, but only very basic functionality, compared to competitors such as hospitable. No financials functionality within the app, and no ability to review occupancy trends. Minimal AI capabilities
