This is totally a 7+ game.i just love it im so addicted to this game more than any other game i have. There is so much to do.

I love this game it so satisfying and fun to play

No matter what I do I can NOT pass level 13. I've gotten all of them correct and I just CANT get 282 coins.

I love it so much I wish I can do it all the time but I’m a kid I spent hours and hours playing this game. Thank you for making this game. Maybe you should make a romantic game about this please keep making more. Thank you.

Where are the new levels?????!?!! I’ve been waiting forever. Let me know if I should delete the app.

I have played this game for a long time and I do enjoy it. The updates are so slow for new levels. I think this last one has been 6 months now. I know it takes time but waiting on new levels this long is crazy.

Everything was great until a month or two ago. What’s up with the gross visual that has nothing to do with hotels? Is the game/service over? There seems to be mo more additional levels to play and why is there a close up on dilated eyeballs and earwax?

I used to love this ap, so fun and challenging. The past 6 months they have barely invested in new content or hotels. They have instead increased side competitions which I am not a fan of. Also, the photos aligned to the icon and in the ap page are of an unrelated game (pretty gross medical type game) - so misaligned that it indicates they have stopped creating new content for the Hotel game.

I absolutely LOVE this game!!! I just have one single gripe about it. We should be able to convert some of our gold coins into upgrades, like the kind of upgrades that would fairly help us to finish the levels. Please do this!!

I do love this game. It’s almost impossible to get the speed skates that makes you Uber fast. Some of the levels are super hard. Everything is so expensive. So I get to the point where I just give up and play the levels I have already passed. It’s fun but disappointing at the same time. I just wish developers really had the customers in mind. I know I would.

Great game!! I love to play no lagging

I love this game, have played hundreds of levels, even paid for some of the features. There is a bug, however, which causes some of the ads to play on an endless loop and makes it necessary to reboot the whole thing.

Love the game, but periodically I don’t level up to a new hotel. This level has been the longest. I’ve been on the same hotel 209 times, repeating the same levels.

I have really enjoyed this game. Like the fact that you can earn diamonds by watching ads. The hotels are each unique and fun to do. I do play this daily.

I’m trying to figure out how to make one of the items in the game, I tried to contact the developer, with no response. Grrr

I have enjoyed this game for a while, only to earn a ton of game coins that I can’t really do anything with. It would a nice feature to be able to purchase diamonds and/or power-ups with the game coins. I have spent a lot of real money on this game so it would be nice to be able to gain better rewards to keep playing.

Love The Game But I Wish I Didn’t Have To Spend So Much Money For Gems/Boosts To Beat Levels. Definitely Get Discouraged Sometimes And Not Play As Much As I Would Like To! Also Seems Like The Guy Have Too Much Too Do On Levels So I’m Kind Of Forced To Buy Energy Drinks To Win..

At first I was loving this game but then came the third restaurant and it is impossible to pass without power ups. I don’t mind buying diamonds occasionally but once you reach level 50 you must have power ups. Now I’m out of money and out of luck. I’m stuck on level 58 in 7th Heaven restaurant. Sadly I’m gonna have to delete this game and look for another one that hopefully won’t cause me to go bankrupt. Please consider making the levels a little easier

I love playing this game and earning diamonds. The problem is, when you earn them. You still have to pay to get your diamonds. It was fun but too costly.

Love this game but I did an update on it and now it won’t load. Is there a problem .

I love the game and the game play I hate hate hate how you make us buy gems in the daily gift you only give us 1 gem any reward you only give us 1 gem so you practically force us to buy freakin gems and I am not gonna do that anymore

I love this game! It is so fun. It could be tricky sometimes but I don’t give up because I love it. I am so happy and glad to have this game. I will never delete this!

everytime it’s an update the game gets harder won which takes the fun out of it. latest update new level is close to impossible to win.

I finished the Maldives resort hotel and got an upgrade for the next one. Upgraded and no new hotel. I sent a couple of messages to support and have not received any response. Not sure what is going on but not happy with customer support. If you have an upgrade maybe test the upgrade to actually occur. So I wait…….

I love this game . Not many ads and it’s pretty fun . There is one thing and that is I think the levels are sometimes a little difficult but overall good and if you love a good challenge I think the game is for you !

The game itself is fun, but ads pop up at every opportunity. I felt I was watching advertisements longer than actual game play. So I payed actual money to play ad free. But I was still hit with advertisements left and right! I’m left wondering if this game is worth playing.

I really enjoyed and loved the game. But after the latest update, I can’t open the game anymore to play. Only a round circle is showing (I guess loading) I’m upset 😢 If I have to reinstall the game that would be horrible bc I would lose all my progress I have made since January this year! Pls help 😢

I’m not sure who this game is meant for, but I played for a few hours and it was easy to the point of boring. However, I could deal with that if the UI wasn’t the most obnoxious, cluttered, bright mess. I have no idea what majority of the icons mean, and it’s just not pleasant to look at. Combine that with constant pop ups about events and deals, and I had to delete this game.

I like this game a lot but now that y’all took away the features to be able to watch a video to pass a level has got me wanting to delete it and find another game

Ad rewards are not loading.

I cannot contact support because, for some reason today, I cannot open the app. I hope I do not loose progress! Is the a glitch? Fix?

I like the game, but there are too many ads. I get that the developers need to make money, but ads are everywhere. I don’t mind watching some, but it really is too much.

A really fun and addictive game for sure….but dear lord there are ads on top of ads on top of ads! And not short ones….these ads are anywhere from 30-60 seconds each. I feel like I’m watching ads (NONE of which are relevant to me) more than actually playing the game.

Fun game, but levels get hard to complete in early levels without spending for jewels. Maybe I’m to old to play, idk!

I paid $1.99 to get my free life, 20 gems and 15 minutes playing time. The game froze and I lost my 15 minutes of playing time. I want my 15 minutes of time back since I paid. Please fix asap! It froze on the rewards page.

Fun game. Keeps you busy. In app purchases are a little high though. Will keep playing without making any purchases.

Absolutely love the game… but there is way too much going on with the other seasonal games, other widgets on the screen, etc.

This game is my go to game but I have been counting how many guest there are and the computer for some reason isn’t catching it it says I have less then I actually are serving is there anyway you can fix this issue

Addictive just like any other time management game. I hate that you have things you need to move along in the game. Games weren’t like this years ago.
