It’s impossible to speak to a live agent. The questions they ask are not what I’m looking for.

This place was so cozy, the restaurant was delicious and a lovely fire place made the atmosphere very nice. The room was tiny, but well kept and the beds were super comfortable.

Place was great for our 1 night stay however the latch lock was broken off our door. I let someone the next morning know before we left and they weren’t aware of it being broken . Beds are a little rough but good for us

Very good customer service, clean updated room, great location.

I found the hotel to be clean but needs a little TLC. Worn or torn wallpaper in the hallway. In our room the wallpaper was coming off the wall and the shower leaked, the reason for the 4 stars. Also the signage wasn’t great. Had a hard time finding. The employees were very nice.

room is ok but small. Staff friendly. This is no airport shuttle. small shower and low water pressure. I was only there 1 day.

This hotel is truly a gem. The service is outstanding. Our room was clean, comfortable and large. The bathroom was large and modern. We are at the o site restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. It’s about a five minute walk to the Seattle Convention Center. Our floor was very quiet . Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We will be staying here the next time we are in Seattle.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, they went above and beyond to assure my comfort and happiness. The hotel itself is a showpiece, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends while visiting Kenya.

I booked a 2 night stay in Milano, Italy Appartamento Della Star. I arrived late 11pm to a non-description location, darkened area, to find out my guaranteed stay was sold out! At midnight I was walking w/baggage to an alternative hotel a GUEST suggested. The manager wouldn’t talk to me or help me! I stayed @ Hotel Iliban & was most satisfied. Hotels.com did nothing @ my trauma or fraud! Very disappointing when I’ve been a patron for 15+ years🥲wtf!

So I’m looking at hotels and want to pull up a map or directions and I can’t copy the address?! Really. You can only click and view it in a map within the app and you can’t do satellite view or directions. There’s no reason not to have everything in the app able to copy. Update: I can copy the address from reservation details. But I can’t from the property details page.

The best app with so many awesome features and great service abd customer support is absolutely amazing

App makes it difficult to rate and review properties you stay at. Also, lots of evidence the app doesn’t do enough to weed out robot or fraudulent ratings. Lots of hotels getting 8+/10 rankings that are substandard places. Getting refunds for substandard service at hotels is also really annoying - goop jumping but possible. Been using for years but going to transition to just using cc reward benefits on a good cc soon like CO venture or Chase S reserve.

The app is fine but the website allows you to use your Google to sign in. Downloaded the app and it doesn’t give you the option to sign in with Google. Seems like an annoying oversight.

Frequently stops or lags. Sometimes can’t zoom in on the map.

I love love love the rewards program they have! My husband and I travel a lot and we love the free nights!

The app is full of good information. I like the weather updates, quality photos and organization of my trips.

My hotel reservation shows up in the Bookings screen but the car I booked is nowhere to be found in the app! Make sure you save your car receipt somewhere safe.

Been using this Hotels app for many years. Appreciate the ease of use and rewards given. Wish I could leave notes for locations I have stayed at for future references. And marking favorites after stay would be appreciated.

My wife and I travel a lot for work and for pleasure. We use the app every time and have since we discovered it a few years ago. Wonderful experiences!

Just try and redeem your free night and then check your bank account. Liars and rip off! Delete this app!

It’s fast and good very good job

Everything on the app is great and it’s easy to navigate. But it is missing a way to pay your hotels .com credit card in the app. That is convenience and would make my life easier.

I canceled my trip because something came up I have to do important. When I made reservations at this hotel it said refundable. I called Expedia.com. Couldn’t connect someone to me to talk. VERY upset with my refund

This app used to be great, but now it’s buggy, the bookings are not accurate, their customer service has deteriorated. Overall it needs a update or will start losing loyal users like me.

The app used to keep me signed in… it no longer does that… also, I cannot book reward nights! Pointless!!!!

I had more stars then just one , I was suppose to have 4 or 5 before we booked the Baymont in Lafayette, Louisana, so that’s why I only gave a three stars since we got cheated on stamps they only show 1 stamp , that’s wrong .

It has some convenience features. But in general it’s pretty useless.

Very easy to go through the categories and to filter things.

Having call centers overseas makes it very difficult to modify reservations with small properties.
