I’ve not had a single issue so far and it definitely makes my gaming experience better. I don’t use it quite as much as perhaps some others. But I have no complaints.

The tools are really nice for each of the Hoyo games (I’ve played Genshin, HSR, and ZZZ). The widgets are nice to see resin and stuff + reminder to check-in. But the fan base is terrible. Down right egregious. It’s like walking into a room of immature 12 yr olds with too much free time and unrestricted internet access. And they’re incredibly horny. I’ve been using this app for around a year. It’s very useful to keep track of my progress on Hoyoverse games and to find information about the games. It’s also very fun to post on the app. I would recommend this to anyone who plays the games created by Hoyoverse :)

Please update new arts for characters' widget. Especially those with birthday arts 'cause they're just so much better and more gorgeous than the OG ones

While playing I love using the interactive maps for both genshin and honkai star rail, but the feature I love about the genshin interactive map is that it allows users to mark off/darkens the chests/whatever players need off of the map if it’s already been collected; this is not a feature on the honkai star rail interactive map and I feel as though it should be since it allows users to know which areas they don’t need to revisit

HoYoLab can be a hit or miss with how the current state the app community is in. 1. Hate speech (especially toward minorities) is a major problem. These public posts are even sometimes showed on the home page for days or even months. 2. AI is spreading in the app like crazy. It deceives people and even discourages creators as these posts get hundreds of likes under the pretense that it was made by a human. Stealing other people’s work shouldn’t be so normalized. Personally I use this to look at quite literally everything but my one problem is..I CANT LOG IN WITH MY GAME CENTER ACCOUNT ;-;

I play on an IPad and it looks like the format can’t change from a small phone to an IPad. Other that that, it’s great, it has widgets that are better that any third party app and you have access to the community.

The app itself is great and really well organized. There is a small issue when it comes to linking accounts. This includes adding a user id for Genshin. I made my Genshin account with a google play id and I how can’t link the account or log into Hoyoverse with that id since it does it allow it. I would appreciate it if Hoyoverse would make it so I can sign in with that id/account to get in game rewards.

Okay SO, hoyolab has helped me a lot with keeping track of my progress in game, as well as giving us free stuff for check in, (always broke so this is extra useful) and we also have special events, visually never ending guides for character building and material farming, and silly posts! (the 2nd best part:) Overall, very good -girlie

I feel like the posts need to be moderated a bit more- especially with the sheer amount of oversharing personal info- but that’s my only real problem. It’s basically like Twitter but centered around HYV. Also @ devs please fix the Collei pfp, she has white dots around her as if the background wasn’t made transparent correctly

I’ve been playing Genshin Impact for over a month now and I barely discovered this app today but I love it already. It’s like a social media only about Hoyoverse and it’s rewarding which is honestly awesome! If you play any games by Hoyoverse, I recommend this app for you

This app is great and helpful but their is one problem. I have to different emails for both my star rail and Genshin account. So, I can’t access my genshin because I put in the email for star rail I’m not sure if theirs a way for me to change the email for one of them (preferably genshin) if I could get some help her that would be great. Can’t change my nickname in the HoYoLAB It’s says nickname already registered how do I unregister to put a new nickname??

It’s a good app for talking about stuff with people mostly about video games that they have made but my issue is that the app keeps kicking me out but I don’t know if it’s just me but anyways it’s a good app

I have the widget on both, my Phone and my tablet and it doesn’t actually show you how much resin that you currently have, it shows you how much resin you had last time the app updated; Hopefully in the future it’ll update in real time. Also, please add a full screen version for the IPad

Great app! Fun and creative with ideas, a great help with builds and knowledge of the game itself. Hello, I’ve been a genshin player for a while now, and I was super excited when the mobile app came out. Its great, and I love having dedicated access to community posts and especially the interactive map and daily login, but I wish we could use redeem codes on the app instead of going to genshin gift. Is there any way this feature could be implemented?

We need more events with Lumine tho ☹️

Certain parts are ok, NOT GOOD, but ok. For example, the daily check-in. Other parts like the section that tells you how many people looked at, liked and favorited your posts and comments that week is so ridiculously small that I can’t read ANY of it.

Please come out with an iPad version of the app. Or create a separate app for the Genshin interactive map that works on iPad.

Dear hoyolab creator, I’m having trouble logging into HoYoLAB for the map social media and prizes. Every time I do it says system error and doesn’t work. I know my passwords are correct and I need ur help. Pleases respond as soon as possible and help me fix this.

This game is really catchy over all it’s a good game to play with friends and enjoy exploring I’ve been playing almost over a year it’s been my favorite game since then hope the new people will enjoy this game to😁

One of my friends got muted for some reason and was never told and now she’s muted permanently! She only posted drawings now she’s violating the rules? It’s good but being muted without an explanation.

WHAT I WOULD would rate it a 5 but you guys put so much effort into shading and animation but you can’t take a little time to add even a little bit of melatonin into a characters design for the life of it like xinyan and kaeya are the only characters who aren’t paper white

To have all the hoyoverse games into one app for all of the community to see is absolutely amazing a good idea everyone should have.

I heard that I could get primo gems in HoYoLAB, it did kinda work but only very little reward. Until I discovered the Traveling Mimo, getting 300 coins for 60 primo wasn’t worth it, so I tried the reward draw. I was amazed so much primo gems as the prize pool… but… I was already working so hard for about 2 months… and yet nothing has happened… improve this right now or I’m reporting this as a scam!
