HP Smart App Reviews

This message keeps coming up when I print with HP Smart but it’s NOT TRUE! I stopped using HP Smart for printing, just the other features, like scanning, etc.

Very easy and convenient to use.

I am not a very technologically savvy person but this app allows me to easily send a fax or turn pictures into pdfs as well as picture scanning among so many other useful features I am still discovering. I am a mother and daughter so I handle a lot of paperwork and this has been very helpful!

I give this app a solid 5 stars, for ease of use, simplicity, and function.

Huge learning curb very difficult to install on iPhone. Was not able to do it only works on iPad

The HP Smart app is a good app and the only issue I have with it is the speed of loading the app. It take time to find and load if you are using WiFi. The app is easy to use and has a clean look. I also would like to see a higher DPI when using the automatic feeder. It has a max of 300 DPI while the scanner glass goes higher. Overall, the printer does what is needed and better than my previous Epson printer. After the computer and printer connect, the printer is quick and prints well.

Very easy to use

While the old application had double sided scan the go smart does not provide that. Not all that smart.

This app has changed my personal and work life. I can cut down on traveling expenditures by having the ability to perform all of my paperwork needs through this app.

At this time the printer seem to put streaks on the printed material

Needed something that could work. HP laser jet M234sdwe does the job. Quick setup, easy to use and started my scanning, printing and copying. Great for my small business. Happy with results and performance. Should have said, Really Happy!

It is a joy to use and when I forget my password; it is super easy to change it

I’m definitely not the most tech savvy person so I was a little intimidated about setting this printer up. To my surprise, it was very simple! Instructions easy to follow.

I would give a higher rating if the control over the printer was easy and the Help/Support was simple and direct…. I wasted many many pages of paper and ink trying to stop a mistake print job…. Yes my mistake but I never found how to cancel a print job in the que…. I may never buy another HP product because of this….

The app should allow more than 5 copies at a time. App should provide printing without having to keep on the page for it to work
