I love HuffPost! It’s the first news app I read first thing in the morning! It isn’t easy reading how our country is sliding into the mud, but I trust HP and know I’m getting the real news!!

HuffPost is where I go first for news, morning, noon and night. The App is always current and accurate. HuffPost is a source I have grown to trust and rely on their news to give me the truth.

As a legitimate news outlet, I enjoy the balance between real non-biased news and personal perspectives

I enjoy their direct approach to sharing relevant information.

The Huffington Post once was a great news app with good journalism and stories of varying interest. Now most of the Huff is recycled articles and click bait journalism. Many articles are 4 to 5 days old and many hang around for months. I understand that news apps need money to survive and ads are needed but where is the value of used news?

Thanks for fixing the annoying scrolling bug I complained about. I’ve changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars.

Great way to keep up with the news. Fair: doesn’t hide its liberal bias but tells important stories.

Full of repeats both in day and weekly posts, app returns to beginning when you close a post, and not much unique content.

Good information on products

I don’t read the opinion sections for obvious reasons. I prefer facts. I’ve only ever had to submit a request once to let the writer know they messed up a little bit. It was instantly corrected. I stick to politics and world news. On rare occasions I’ll read about crime. In any case, since y’all went online, I wake up to you. Then it’s NPR for the rest of the day. I share both often on Facebook. Keep up the great work! John

Reply to comment email link should open comments. It opens story only. Must doom scroll to reply. Frustrating. Malicious pop up ads appear to have been fixed as of June 2024. Ads are still everywhere though like most sites and slow down the app. Need remove ads option.

I’m only here because I’m finally sick of turning my hand slightly and having the whole app become unusable. It takes HOURS to reset from a single landscape oriented turn. I’m not kidding some headlines render as a single letter per line squished together with others displayed the same way. This issue should have been fixed years ago and yet it persists. I have now resorted to other apps that have better formatting but I prefer HuffPost. Please fix this!!

The “Latest Review” section on the app is awful to navigate. All those headline titles and if you want to jump to a certain headline you have to go though all the headlines (and other features thrown in but not listed) to get there to the headline you want to read. Make Latest Review headlines click specific or get rid of it.

Jumping all over the place with popups, and more and more, it uses a tremendous amount of bandwidth and battery. Take a look at how Wiki gets their money.

I love HP, but this app gets worse with every update. Firstly, they took away the ability to add a photo to your comment/reply, and now - since the latest update, the app won’t connect at all. I’ve deleted, and re-downloaded, to no avail. I have to utilise HP from their web page. 🤬

Lot's of bugs in the comments section when you tap on the bell to see your previous and current comments. Surprised HP hasn't noticed or maybe they don't know how to fix the bugs.

One of the worst apps on my phone. Every single time I use it it’s glitchy and buggy. Regardless of how many times I updated. Up your game, HuffPost.
