It's an incredible app, it's nice to vent. However, when people respond to your vent, some people have permanently free, others have three months, others got three days free. Most basic things are paywalled. It heavily goes against your message of "talk to someone when you need to." I understand you as a developer need money. I understand paywalling the live chats, however even paywalling DMs? That is heavily against the message you are spreading. Please at least remove paywalled messages.

okay. I just tried contacting somebody from the support team and they said they would be sending someone to talk to me “now” and I have an urgent question. Nobody has answered me and I’m getting so frustrated. Nobody is answering. Please answer

Good app for venting and deep conversations at times, but I’ve been banned haven’t gotten a response from a team member yet

This app is so amazing I love using it it helps with my depression I’ve made some nice friends and I’ve helped other people understand themselves and help them understand that something isn’t third fault

ive been writing paragralhs ont his app yet it doesnt let me share them, its new for me to vent and its making me agrivated that i cant share what ive been needing to get off my chest i dont know why but the share button doesnt work i see its potiential but for me the app doesnt funtion therefore i cant give it a proper review.

I love this app, i’ve had it for the longest ever since it came out. Unfortunately, my account got banned in the beginning because of the glitches that occurred and with that being said I didn’t know I was on the mic so I was playing music in the background or talking to somebody i’m not sure, but it kicked me off and banned me. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the owners of this app but i haven’t got any email back and i’m upset about that because I didn’t do anything for that to happen

I got this app just yesterday. So I went in the meetings you know, I talked about all my problems and stuff I go through. Then I get in that app today and guess what I find? “Your account has been banned” LIKE FOR WHAT UNDERAGE? It’s 12 PLUS AND IM 11 IM TURNING 12 LIKE IN 1 MORE MONTH!? This is so messed up.

This app is amazing. Especially if you don’t have a therapist and everyone is so kind.

Hello can you please fix the bug where the chat keeps closing when you click on it to type.

This is an amazing app to talk to strangers and relate to people but I wish there were meetings in the early mornings 1-7 am

It helps so much, I downloaded this app today and talking helped a lot, some stories you will hear are heartbreaking but it’s a good thing you can help them and give them advice 🤍 I started crying and so many people sent me the sweetest messages 😭now I’m crying happy tears

Hi! For starters, I love this app. Being able to talk freely has been so nice. But if you’re ever thinking of ways to expand your app, please please please make it android accessible 🙏 I told my friends about this app and they were all really excited, but realized that they couldn’t download it because it was only for apple ☹️ I feel like making it so people on all platforms can use this would help so many more people

This app feels like portable and free group therapy sessions. I don’t know if it could really do exactly what I’m person group therapy sessions. But it is comforting knowing I can go on this platform and hear from others and share my story in between my therapy sessions and the confidentially let’s me and others fully express ourselves to the fullest without humiliation.

I downloaded this app from TikTok, but it it’s helped so much hearing everyone’s stories, and being able to share mine have made me feel not alone.

i like this app bc you can relate to a lot of people…BUT one thing i do not like is how short the meetings last honestly it should be longer and should give more people the chance to talk.

It’s really well structured so everyone has a chance to speak and share. It’s so refreshing to just talk to someone who can relate even if I can’t see them.

This app helps me in ways I cannot explain. I share and help others. Honestly, it’s really great safe place to feel like I am not alone and making a difference. I was nervous but those in the community help because we are all human and we all feel. Let’s be real, it would help if this sort of thing was normalized.

I’m very happy that the application now has several more meeting timings compared to before which helps a lot with those who are in different time zones. It’s very comforting to hear others share and express similar struggles or share advice. Definitely recommend this app, connecting with others thought processes and learning what it is to simply be human.

I can come and speak my truth out and so many people agree with me! People I wouldn’t expect to have the same situation as me. This app is perfect so far

The app itself and it’s purpose is fantastic and I adore it, however the screen doesn’t fit all the info and buttons on screen for my device. All be it I’m working on a iPod touch still I’d like to get the fullest out of the app.

It may not be the answer to your problems, but it will help you get things off your mind without the in person judgement you may be scared of, or if you don’t have anyone you can turn to

I really like this app my only issue is that the meetings are from 7-8pm every day and you only have three minutes to share. I’m my opinion the meetings should be open 24/7 for whoever. But other than that it’s a great app there are a lot of amazing people that relate to how I’m feeling and give me tips on how to help.

Full of helpful people and advice. I get to hear what people are struggling with and can related to them and help each other out. It just feels really nice to have people to share what one is struggling with.

It’s what the mental health community needed.

It seems like a very cool idea! I just wish the communities had chat rooms where people could seek help and support outside of meeting times
