12 Positive User Reviews for ICircuit 3D
Great just one slight problem
It’s hard to control the camera angle
Great potential overshadowed by bad UI
I have spent way too much effort just to move my components and keep them there. The slightest touch nearby and they flip, turn or move. It’s very frustrating to have to fight with this interface so much.
It could be great except this makes me want to look to other products.
Awesome App!
Suggest using the original iCircuit to become familiar with things, then apply to this app!
Great apps both of them are!
Lot of potential but frustrating
Has the potential to be great but the fact that it drops components on the workspace, while “cute”, is incredibly frustrating. It results in knocking the existing circuit all around with unknown results. Also, the way it saves a project is very inconsistent so you never quite know what to expect when you return to your project. It a shame that the developer tried to be a bit too clever with what could be a great teaching aid and simulation tool.
Absolutely amazing!
Fantastic piece of software. As an owner of icircuit for many years I was thrilled to see a 3D version.
Very cool program, but please...
...don't ghost us! Keep developing this! It has SO much potential. Keep up the great work
Cool!
This app is super cool, only giving it four stars because the user interface is very hard to manipulate on even a large iPad, I suspect a keyboard and mouse version is better.
Wonderful electronics simulator
This app redefines ‘plug and play’!
This app is one of the coolest (in terms of interactive tech) and most functional that I have ever used. It is a must for prototyping electronic functions and components! Highly recommended for Makers.
Camera control is unintuive
currently really easy to get stuck in weird camera modes
apart from that this is really cool.
3 Negative User Reviews for ICircuit 3D
Great idea Terribly Implemented
This application simply doesn't work. The 3d symbols are difficult to move precisely, so you end up spending your time doing that. Op-Amps, which I bought this for, blow up if you connect anything at all to them. Lastly, I tried to just save images of the circuits I build, but the files disappear. Waste of my time.
Hard to work with.
This app is hard to work with you have to fight with the components to switch them on and off there is no instructions on how to use the app almost a waste of money.
Crashes often and not full-featured enough for me
Crashed twice in 30 minutes.
