Love it. I use it a lot. I’m hoping you might add the ability to see the solid inside a sphere. To see the relationship of all the outer points touching the sphere’s extents. Thanks for considering.
I may be weird, but I used this app with my son when he was very young to let him get familiar with complex shapes. I just showed it to him again (a few years later) and he could not put it down. I am hopeful that as he grows and eventually begins to study geometry, his exposure though this app and other things I have done will help spark his interest.
Would love to see cylinders, cubes and cones!
I teach 5th grade math and my 5 th graders think this app is so very cool! Think it is also!
This app is absolutely wonderful for students to grasp the shapes and cross sections of 3D geometric shapes. Wonderful.
It is good but sometimes it suddenly shut down by itself
This program is just amazing. I love the way the entire thing is perfectly set up.
Great app. Works clean. Very good list of shapes to start with as well. Great for working with kids too. I'd love to see color added. Would be great to be able to color the edges and highlight different patterns.
I would like to see more basic polyhedrons like a cylinder, cone or sphere to use in my classroom.
Good selection but I'd like to see more shapes. Also the ability to print templates for my kids to make their own. Update: app crashes when you try to remove a panel. (New iPad)
Great tool if your into Sacred Geometry (: absolutely love this app. I'd like to see a star tetrahedron though :o
You will definitely not be disappointed with this app!! That is all I have to say!
A wonderful visual tool for sectioning 3D geometric figures. I like playing with it. I can envision it being a great teaching tool to demonstrate geometric cross section principles. Get it you will be glad that you did.
After going through many shapes,I say this app helps to imagine shapes which are difficult to imagine with out graphical simulations, recommended for students who has trouble with spacial imagination
Love spinning the shapes around. The only thing better would be to be able to color certain faces to help ID the starting point.
Everything you EVER wanted to know about polyhedra Wonderful geometry tool
Well executed app, a mathie's delight!
Totally Awesome !!! Thank you for all your time and effort in putting this together, very very much appreciated.
My kids would love spheres and cones so they can play with circles, ellipses, parabolas, etc.
One of the best tools for aspiring mathematicians or artists who have no idea how to draw gemstones (such as myself)! One suggestion, give us some round shapes like cones or spheres! That would be even more awesome.
I love spinning the shapes. It's neat to snap back to xyz view, too. I like seeing all the shapes on the front page next to their names. Great for explaining them to anyone not familiar with old shapes lingo.
This is a great app. I accidentally triple tapped in slightly different places on one plane and that plane was highlighted even when moved. Wow!
great work! easy to use. could not rate the app from the app itself ?? next version maybe add an info button.
Very well done. Thanks so much.
I am only using it recreationally. What I love about it is its ability to help shift the mind from 2-D to 3-D and back again. This could be extrapolated to so many aspects of life.
Some of the most common solids do not appear in this app like a rectangular prism, cylinder, and cone. The app is very user friendly but it would be even better if these few things were added
When it comes to shapes anytime you should have this app definitely. Awesome job developers.
I love dividing a circle into the many shapes.I have spent many hours trying to visualize flat circles become solids. This helps.
I've learned much from this app. My only problem with it, is i want more.
This app is simple and effective at teaching geometry shapes. It is a must have. Good job developers.
Lovely app for what it does and for the price. Mostly at this point a visualisation aid. Apps like these are still rare and increasingly in demand. I would be happy to pay more for more options.
