The game is great has great potential. BUT…. The game is constantly trying to force in app purchases. Cost to upgrade houses gets ridiculously high so early in the game. Then the game starts requiring gems to upgrade items and houses. Yes you get a free 10 gems a day. But that’s nothing compared to 100 gem upgrades. So the only real way to advance in the game is to pay money. Unless you want to wait 10 days getting free gems to upgrade a single item. Not cool devs. Not cool.

I was enjoying this game but if you always like to be behind the 8 ball, this game is for you. Your way to needy tenants are always wanting something new. I’ve lived in apartments and the furniture inside has never changed, let alone 4 times in 4 years. The cost of these new items is way too much, it takes days to save and now 15 others have piled up behind it. People complaining for diamond items is another flaw, you don’t make enough and a $ grab. I have been obsessed with Rent Please Sim lately, and so I had got this game thinking that maybe it’s similar? Let me tell you it is a little bit, but there’s so many pop ups, over time the pop ups are just annoying as all get out. Making money is slow, I’d rather stick with my Rent Please Sim.

It doesn’t matter how long you play, you can’t do much without purchasing gems. They have this “piggy bank” that takes ALL of your gems and the only way to get the gems out is through purchase . Another example: You get little stockings while you upgrade a room or appliance, you’ll win certain tiers for “generous rewards” but if you don’t purchase you don’t advance to bigger wards . I just uninstalled because if you’re not purchasing you won’t get the fun stuff

I downloaded this when I saw it on an ad on another game and it was fun! So, I paid like 2$ or something to get the welcome pack— when I did that the app stopped loading and opening 😑😑. Luckily it was only 2$, but it was fun up until that, with minimal ads. Hopefully tomorrow it will work again and this is just a glitch.

What’s the point of having the add option but you can’t even watch them to earn germs or money? It’s astronomical to force someone to purchase no adds package.. game is decent but not worth paying the no ads package! Let us watch the ads! I can’t possibly give a decent review because of it
