I love this app… it helps if you are wanting to keep inflammation low…
Works well but needs more foods in the database.
I agree that there are not enough foods listed.....or any alcohol.
Great idea. Easy to use. Just needs more foods. Good if you want a general idea of your numbers without expecting an exact result.
This app is exactly what I needed to help me control gout. I'm in much better shape because of this information. Also bought the IF book to assist. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the development of this highly useful tool. Lmb JD
The two things lacking are 1) organic products and 2) being able to add an item. I use the IF tracker to monitor my ketogenic diet for seizure control, and this app makes it easier to shop w my iphone. It's also great for low/no carb dieters!
I'm new to the anti-inflammation way of eating and can now see where I've made many mistakes in the past! I check every food now and can make an informed decision on what foods I choose to consume. I think it's great!
I get where this app is headed but the food database is limited. I'm giving 3 stars for a good start, but I hope the creators are working on adding to the food database, or I'll feel a bit cheated on the price of this app.
This is a good pocket reference/tracking tool, but it really need to improve the database. I strongly suggest to the developers to include more options. Specifically I suggest to include restaurant and fast food menus.
I think it's an awesome concept but it needs for food. Not all the food from the book are in the app for example salsa. I wish the amount scroll down would have more numbers and not jump from 24-32 and so on.
This app is good for folks wanting to eat/monitor an anti-inflammatory diet. I hope over time more food/beverage choices are added as there are some no-brainer staples in the western diet not included in the food choices within the app.
But I still appreciate using it. Definitely needs more food choices. I have to estimate a lot!

Provides a take on how food affects your body...very interesting and helpful in guiding you toward healthier choices. Only wish it had a weight tracker built in, but overall I like it. 😊
Only complaint is that is American english and cannot find e.g. Beetroot or courgette. Money well spend.
Great app design. As mentioned by others, need to keep adding basic foods as well as common prepared foods. Makes it real easy to keep nutrition balanced
