Clean and private

This is a wonderful place to stay and let me tell you I have stayed in May while I was traveling. This place was extremely clean the staff was AMAZING and friendly!! That you for being so caring!!! Will definitely be back!!! Breakfast was hot and good coffee was always available wish is awesome thank you for that. Thank you for making our stay the most enjoyable we have had in a long time !!

Thank you for the late night check in and to Travis who was so kind after being stuck for 7 hours on the runway only to have Southwest Airlines cancel as pilots timed out. Thank you for being there

It would be helpful if you saved in your system things like routine discounts for us senior and how many people on bookings for us almost always 2. Bon Voy does this.

We stay at this hotel quite often because it is close to where our son and grandaughter live. We have always found the place and the rooms to be clean and the breakfast is pretty darn good for this type of place

Be it a Staybridge or Candlewood or Holiday Inn or Express, we are always pleased with our accommodations whilst we travel. Have been a member since 1998 and have never been disappointed!!!

I would like to be able to select my room from the app

Had my account for years, all because I hadn’t booked anything for a year, I lost my history of past stays and points etc.

You have to go through the screens in a specific order, or start over. Too much trouble.

The scan a credit card feature is an exercise in futility.

How does one use Award points? I cannot find a place on this App to indicate that I want to use some of my points accumulated.
