This series of apps is outstanding. Presented in a simple, concise manner, the exercises allow you to really hear and internalize the concepts being explained. Working the pattern through all keys is easy with the jam along, in addition to being able to change keys on the same page as the example. I've gotten so much out of just learning one pattern in the bebop b3/b5/b6 exercise that it's expanded my note choices and ideas in all my playing. This a handy lesson/practice app for all levels. Very powerful. Can play in all keys and alters charts instantly to whatever key you want. Can also play examples and loops at whatever tempo you want. I like it so much that I am likely the others by this developer.

This app is a terrific instructional tool for the budding bebop player. It really cleared a lot of things up for me. I ended up buying a few more of their iImprov apps because I was so impressed. Well done and keep 'em coming!

These apps are truly outstanding. They start off telling you some of the history. And start from smaller theoretic stuff, to modern harmony and all that good stuff . I went to school for music and jazz improv was my favorite course. We all wished at the end of the semester that we had more time to focus on the material because it was so valuable.
