Well designed basic jazz improv tutorial with classic piano bass and drum backing. Interesting blend of theory instruction ear training and jamming. Worth the price if an intro to jazz improvisation is desired. Leaves me yearning for updates. More screen interaction with note and chord changes and midi file output of backup tracks would be excellent editions. Don't expect a basic onscreen keyboard with the app as it stands but that addition with the next update if it ever is released would m

Excellent and PRACTICAL knowledge! This has totally helped de-mystify some of the questions I've had about how to approach playing in and outside of key tastefully. Thank you!!!

Bugs. Would be a great tool, but the Jam-a-longs don't always play in the key you select. And some of the modal practice pages don't even have a play button. If you fix this in an update I'll give you five stars.
