Destinations organization not as good as before
Hard to view destinations by region in new update for app, better online.
Just fine, not life changing, some bugs
Having issues getting trail status for Steamboat. Keep getting sent to an error screen and asked to clear my cache. Doesn't work or improve the performance when I do this
Good App but. . .
The app is pretty good but I wish that you could stay signed in - it seems like every time I want to go in and look at something I have to sign back in again, so please make it so we can stay signed in! Then it would be great!

One time I was looking for my friends and the app helped me find them! So awesome! Too cruel
Very good one problem
It works well and shows a lot of stats but when I was tracking with a crew it kept disconnecting me from tracking. That’s my only problem.
It used to work
The app doesn’t show my season’s stats. Over the last few years, it worked well but now it isn’t working so well. When I try to compare my seasons, it shuts down. Too bad they didn’t leave it alone.

Expensive
Ski slopes are forcing customers into purchasing these passes by charging exorbitant prices. You need to get out at least 10 times to make a pass cost effective. Food and drink at the slopes are ridiculously priced and there’s no guarantee of snow purchasing a pass before the season begins. I may quit skiing altogether even though I love it.
Loving my IKON pass
Enticed us to ski fun places like Salt Lake and Banff. Pass is so easy to use! Plus, it comes with excellent discounts!
Not showing stats accurately
Our stats seems to reset or show inaccurate number of days most of the time…
Make it easy to start tracking
Like half the time I can’t find any way to start tracking and the other half it’s impossible to miss. WTH?

Wish we could keep the old resort apps
ikon forced the mountain apps to move to Ikon. But, they have none of the good features built into it
1. No place to read the blog from palisades(that is the major reason I used the app)
2. All the super fun resort specific “awards” are gone. They used to be a big part of why my kids liked the app
3. They lost all my data from years of tracking
Big bummer.
Maps UX regressed
The old Deer Valley app used to have best in class maps that made it super easy to tell which runs and lifts are open, and which runs are groomed. The new DV map in the ikon pass app is low res, it’s unclear which runs are open or closed by viewing the map, the groomed run blue color is too faint to see, and some of the lifts are broken up into strange segments. Also annoying how many taps are required from the ikon pass home page to get to a map.
Why do you have to “start tracking”?
This app is well done but I cannot understand why you have to hit “track” for days to properly log with WiFi enabled. At my resort, I don’t have service, there is no WiFi and this throws all of my stats off. My epic pass has every lap I’ve taken since 2010 logged without me having to track anything. I love tracking my stats but since I can’t in the app without WiFi, I’ve started using other apps. Wish it was tied to my pass :/
Looks pretty, doesn’t do much (but track you)
Not sure why alterra finds it necessary to ping your location every time you open the app even when you’re not tracking a session.
Also not sure why they aren’t competent enough to integrate their reservation API from their website into their mobile app.
The app is useful ONLY for looking at your stats and checking SOME resorts’ trail status etc. but if you’re checking multiple resorts to compare, good chance several either won’t be updated or won’t be available, so I end up looking up directl
