While there are lots of places to rent with this app, most apartments only have Google Maps photos and not showing the actual unit for rent. This should not be allowed.

Make it more searchable as Idealista does.

Ricevo regolarmente la rivista di Immobiliare.it e ogni volta ci trovo qualcosa di utile. Gli articoli sono ben scritti e le informazioni accurate. Da proprietario di casa colgo qui tanti spunti circa tasse, ristrutturazioni e tanto altro.

I tried it for a a few searches and it’s ok but l couldn’t figure out how to change the home pricing to show anything other than the default Italian Lira. I really don’t want to use a calculator to convert each home l look at online.

Apartments available are plentiful, however, it has been difficult to establish communication directly with property owners/Managers if one is interested in leasing a property.

Easy to handle, covers every area, like it very much.

The brokers don’t typically get back to you though. I’ve had to make purchases dealing directly with the owners.

I am able to check Italy’s property prices from anywhere and plan where to invest.

I love this app. Great for searching and great for saving my favorites.

It’s in English, in Italy! I would add, being able to calculate distance to an apartment from an address, by both car and public transport.

Useful APP. Need to be able to filter by level of furnishings; unfurnished, partially furnished, fully furnished.

Very good app. May want to take some pointers from apps like Zillow or Trulia as to more info on properties. Taxes would be nice and anything related to expenses.

This one is way easier to use than Mitula or the other ones. Love how it’s constantly updated and you can save an “unlimited” amount of properties
