ImmobiIiare.it - Indomio App Reviews

Better than Zillow, which is the best in the U.S. they thought of just about every feature you could want.

This App is very user friendly and seems to update in real time. It’s really been a pinnacle tool in helping me narrow down where I would like to invest.

Easy to find tons of great properties through this website. Thank you.

Always works. Always up to date. Keep up the great work!

I’m an American fighting for Italian citizenship. I’m on the Immobiliare app daily, looking for the perfect seaside community to purchase or rent in.

I use this app almost every day to look at my dream properties in Italy

The website has been very informative to give me a better idea of what to expect in pricing, location, and other amenities being offered with property.

I like this app because it also shows homes that are reasonably priced, not just million Euro homes.

As an American shopper I need to purchase a place with a train stop nearby. Please choose a map provider that shows trains. For two years you were using a google map app that did show them. Now you are using something from China with no trains! This is cutting down on your sales considerably!

Great job, great app , love it , beautiful houses , nice prices ! Thank you

What are the easiest sites to shop for a property in Italy?

While there are lots of places to rent with this app, most apartments only have Google Maps photos and not showing the actual unit for rent. This should not be allowed.

Make it more searchable as Idealista does.

I tried it for a a few searches and it’s ok but l couldn’t figure out how to change the home pricing to show anything other than the default Italian Lira. I really don’t want to use a calculator to convert each home l look at online.

Apartments available are plentiful, however, it has been difficult to establish communication directly with property owners/Managers if one is interested in leasing a property.

Easy to handle, covers every area, like it very much.

The brokers don’t typically get back to you though. I’ve had to make purchases dealing directly with the owners.

I am able to check Italy’s property prices from anywhere and plan where to invest.

I love this app. Great for searching and great for saving my favorites.

I love this App! It is easy to use usually but today it is crashing. Please fix it soon. Thanks!

Terrific way to find real estate in Italy

cosí facile e comoda applicazione :)

This app is easy to navigate and provides all the info needed to rent or buy property in Italy.

Best app for real estate market in italy

I love this app, great coverage, easy to use,

I can't recommend any improvements. The developer created this great app, that is very easy to use.

Whether you're an ex-pat or doing business in Italy for an extended period of time, immobiliare.it is the essential app.

Facile e semplice! Piena di informazione. Belle photo..

My husband and I dream of buying a home in Italy. This app allows us to focus on areas we are interested in and filter the results.

Very good updates and easy to navigate

This App is much easier and faster to use that the website.. which isn’t bad either. User friendly interface

It’s in English, in Italy! I would add, being able to calculate distance to an apartment from an address, by both car and public transport.

Useful APP. Need to be able to filter by level of furnishings; unfurnished, partially furnished, fully furnished.

Very good app. May want to take some pointers from apps like Zillow or Trulia as to more info on properties. Taxes would be nice and anything related to expenses.

This one is way easier to use than Mitula or the other ones. Love how it’s constantly updated and you can save an “unlimited” amount of properties

La maggior parte delle locazioni degli immobili sono fasulle, costringendo la gente a laboriose ricerche su Google Earth, per capire dove realmente si trova l’immobile.

Da sempre il mio punto di riferimento per cercare casa. App completa e funzionale. Con il nuovo aggiornamento più veloce, bravi

I’ve been using this app for several years now. I like it very much, it is really easy to use, serves the purpose perfectly to find your ideal property in Italy

It would make the app so much easier to use if, instead of the number of rooms in the house (which seem to be counted differently by each realtor), if it showed bedrooms. It’s also really helpful to have floor plans with dimensions for each listing. Oh…and if you only have 3 pics…if you can’t be bothered to take more, I can’t be bothered to look.
