This app is really great when it works. It needs some massive updating and over hauling.

Was fun while it lasted. New webpage used by Phx alarm is I guess incompatible with the app. It’s too bad.

Great app. Could use more alert functionality.

I love this app, use it everyday. I just wish I could set alerts by incident type (such as 962) or even by location with wildcards (*I10*), regardless of engine that’s dispatched. It would be gold to me if I had that capability. Thanks.

Doesn’t work a lot of the times

I work for a fire dept in the Phoenix system and I have this app to get alerts so I know when my Dept gets kicked out to calls. 8 out of 10 times this app doesn’t let me know when one of our units is dispatched and when the app does let me know, it’s delayed by 5-10 mins so by the time i get the alert and look up the call on FireWire, the call has already cleared. This app needs work. If it worked correctly, it would be a helpful app to have. Would also be nice if you could choose what times you

Constant errors. Needs an update.

Constant error messages. Sometimes I can refresh it 5 or 6 times to make it show incidents, but lately that hasn’t helped. This app is in serious need of bug fixes. This app used to be extremely helpful in letting me know where our local fire department was battling wildfire so I could be ready to leave or notify my neighbors.
