Extremely important and works great.

I’m having a medical issue and used this app for the first time. I was skeptical, but to my surprise, my experience was very Good!! I was very impressed and will definitely use it again if I have another medical issue.

You are choosing the time in place when you want your appointments instead of the doctors not giving you an option for their appointment times.

So glad to have one stop shop

I don’t think I’ve ever felt this way, but one time about a therapist, and I don’t even think I felt that way about her. This has been by far the most empowering exciting visit that I’ve had thus far and I look forward to many more with her and the healing that I know and I’m confident that she can provide.

I have had several interactions with Heath Assistants using the Included Health App. This app is very intuitive to the new user. It has been very helpful while making some inquiries about my medical health insurance. The staff communicates and sends answers very rapidly. I recommend this app.

Great app, great service

This app is easy to use! Scheduling is easy to do and all the professionals I’ve talked to have been amazing! Whenever I need to reach out to customer service, I immediately get in contact with someone who is able to assist!

Well put together and thought out

I used to get cellphone notification but now only get email notification. It’s easy to miss the email since I don’t check them frequently and the email has delays. This leads to frequent coordinator changes for one message thread since I don’t reply quick enough. Also the app seems have frequent connection issues and I need to refresh or reopen the app to get the data. The coordinators are very helpful and I love how convenient it is to access the data. Also hope this app can provide more useful
