love it (if it was always this affordable)!
been using with the promo code for bike month, and i’ve loved it!! had so much fun i just wish it was always $5 a month instead of $20. w that, the electric bikes have an extra fee ($0.20 per minute) so sometimes it’s more expensive than taking the bus
Great system!
Love the bike system, and it’s very useful without many issues. I wish there were fewer electric bikes relative to the number of normal ones- sometimes there are only 10 electric bikes at a station and no normal ones, and I don’t want to pay the additional fee required to use an electric one.

First ride. Double billed. What’s up?
Great and convenient
Great way to save on parking and driving in the city

I would love if there was a way get Apple Maps directions when looking at any station in the app
I often have to manually search the address of the station I’m riding to in Apple Maps where it would be a lot more convenient to just have a button redirect you to Apple Maps with the directions to the station’s address you were looking at
As for a general review of the app, it works pretty well for the most part with the exceptions of some small bugs like text overflowing from the view it’s in or

Lucky Philadelphia
Indego is a top notch bikeshare service! This is exactly the same convenience that the best bikeshares like the one in Paris offer! I use the bike mostly to commute between my office and 30th Street Station, but I also take the bike around Philly. The app while not fancy has never failed me. They email you confirmations for everything to ensure that you don’t make any mistakes. The cost is so amazing too! I am so grateful for Indego!

Might as well take an uber.
Unless you live around there and use it often its honestly cheaper to uber by the time you purchase the membership and all the additional fees.
Inconsistent
I really love Indego when it is working. It is my primary form of transportation to and from work, and all around Philly. However, the app is extremely inconsistent with bugs. I was unable to use the app for all of 7/28, which caused me to miss a train, and walk/uber long distances. I would happily pay more for the service if it was consistent.
Bait & Switch
This company advertises all you can ride for $20/mo, but they don’t have any classic bikes available. They only stock e-bikes, which are 20¢ per minute plus tax on top of the amount you’ve already paid. The nearest classic bike is farther than my entire trip. Scam.
Mixed Results
The bikes are great, and very convenient, when they cooperate. However, maintenance is not always up to date (parts rattle, the seats don’t latch properly, etc) and bike checkout and return is often finicky, to say the least. Customer support is pretty easy to get in touch with and super friendly, but I shouldn’t have to call them this often for a bike return that failed to register in the app. And I shouldn’t walk 3 blocks to a non-empty station just to have the app refuse to let me checkout an
Price
Used to be $2-3 for 30 minute ride when they started 7 years or so ago.
Now $15 for 24 hours.
That’s the lowest option.
It doesn’t make sense when Uber costs the same.
I’d rather buy a online bike for $100, store it outside 7 times, and risk it getting stolen.
Than pay $15 to rent a crappy bike.
I understand they want more bikes for membership ppl, and they make money off subscription model.
But I personally would rent a bike for $4-30 minutes.
