I hate this new version you have to select your ride instead of it bringing new requests from nearest pickup location takes too much time please review this and pls add features that will allow drivers pick route they want to be on instead of going to unsafe areas we can stay in a preferred region thanks

The locations are not always accurate. Driver should have maps or know destination. And please have change to give rider or have VISA option. yallah
I downloaded it for a driver like 3 weeks ago and even that I’m verified still can’t work because don’t let me add the bank account, took me 6 days with technical support and not help at all, is like they just hire people from India that they don’t even know how the system work, I uninstalled it useless support and my wife was using it everyday for 2 weeks as passenger but I told her to stop using it and she uninstalled also, this is a wasting time app

After update its showing the long distance but on google it’s showing short route :) . Its like a scam of 😅 showing long distance to get more payment from the passenger

I am using this app, but drivers sometimes cancel trip and that is after waiting for some minutes 10 minutes… wasting time. Penalty for such a behavior shall be in place

There is no way to pay via debit or credit card
He followed the road code, especially the stoplights even though it was late.
Driver sometimes needs to cancel but it always warns even though it’s cancel because of passengers fault. It should provide the option to select the range of distance the driver wants to see the ride request. Need to have precise location tracking !!
In Mexico this is a life saver! I use it because it’s cheaper than Uber and there’s always someone available right away! Need CASH so always remember that :)
The app and service are nice and all but y’all should please try update the app with a picture of what the vehicle looks like
