I love this app but its been glitchy when i receive an email saying that it has a program for me it doesn’t load in app it keeps saying i don’t have the latest version even after updating

Back then we used to get more flexibility in the products, different things or specifically certain products we were looking out for, now it’s whatever is left or whatever the company wants.which is pretty sad and not so flexible like it used to be before. Mainly this is the reason why i give 3 stars, back then it was more negotiable and fun. Now is more boring and less interesting and less interactive. Losing the interest and taste of use of this app. IF YOU LIKE FEEDBACK THIS IS IT THE RIGHT F

This app is the most giving. Its as simple as that. I have tried Hometesters, Bzzagent and Topbox Circle but always had the best of luck and always got the best of stuff with Influenster. The community there is awesome as well.

This app is a dream come true , I have been a part of Influenster for almost a year now !!! I love how I am able to receive products and write my honest review on them !!! I love this app and I will continue to use it , I find other peoples recommendations and reviews here very very helpful and I hope someone finds mines useful and helpful as well !! I have been using the Influenster App for 10 plus years, it is my Go-to place when I’m looking for honest reviews. I love that I can always find new and exciting products to try with options from everyday people just like me. I go to the app daily & love it!!

Bring back the copy and paste function. It is a real time suck writing all my reviews in notes, only to have to re-write it into Influenster. It makes me want to not put as much effort into the reviews. Also, you need to hire people who possess soft skills when they design the user interface. Seeing a rude, passive-aggressive message like “you can slow down now” when claiming an item… Who greenlit that? Talking down on your reviewers/users does not reflect well on your business and whoever is

Was great until they reset my account for absolutely no reason. Cant even get past the “join circles” screen now

Thankful for this app! Originally I got it to get free perfume I could not afford and my first free item was deodorant after not being able to receive anything and deleting the app! I've now received a free sealy mattress, a 200$ Purse, 120$ Shoes, perfume, a vr phone, a shark vacuum worth over 200$ & a surround sound system !!!!!! It's unbelievable! I haven't received any make up yet but how can I complain?

I’ve been a member for years. But they’ve updated so much and improved so much, and it is such an amazing experience to be able to test and give your honest review on products. It’s one of my favorite hobbies now. Thank you influenster for making life a lot better !!!!

I been using this app for almost a year, I started this year in March and I thought was fake since I saw on Tik Tok, once I started thought was going to take long to send me free products at first it did to be honest but the more you take pictures and review the more you get free stuff such as yogurt, floating, food etc. would never quit and they make sure to send you some nonfiction so you can grab all the products.

However I haven't gotten any free gifts I still have done over 300 reviews on so many things and have also shared pictures

It doesn't allow me to pass my address so that I can take my first survey. I have no idea what to do please help.

I’m trying to get packages, except it keeps telling me that I need to verify my ZIP Code first. I have repeatedly repeatedly repeatedly re-inserted my ZIP Code, and it still is saying that and won’t let me get anything.

I’ve gotten some free stuff and for free. I’ve gotten lots of goodies from Influenster and I still get them. It’s not that hard to tier up but you may need to be patient to receive free items.

I have received so many box boxes that are amazing products. I even received a whole car speaker system. My only complaint is I’m on tier 8 do every thing I’m supposed to and I stay at the same points every time. I should have been at tier 9 (9 is the last tier you can get) a while ago. I emailed them and it’s been a week no response. The higher the tier the more voxboxes :(

I have been receiving campaign products for over a year now, but recently I have not been getting a lot of surveys. They have added a new feature to claim free products (they have limited number, so first come first grab), I was able to claim a few freely but not able to do for the past few. Looks like a bug, have even reported, I am not able to select. Please fix it. It is a real bummer.

You really have to do anything. You get free things just by writing reviews on the thing you already have. This is actually real. I didn't believe it at first until I received my first sample!!

I go to sample page but it is just empty and says check out activities below to get started but there is nothing but a video of products other ppl get. Haven’t gotten anything in months.

I first joined this app thinking it would be fun to receive free products, but I have found that the Influenster community has helped me make wise purchases on items I would have never purchased! Do be aware that the Terms of Service state that no one is guaranteed a voxbox. Influenster has blessed me with free voxboxes! i've had influenster for a while now and still haven't received any package / samples to try out! i've been doing the daily tasks everyday and check everyday and still have nothing.

I have received a number of products in exchange for my honest review from Influenster over the years and I have always had a good experience, however, the app just gets worse and worse. I was having trouble with slow loading times so I updated to the newest version, now almost nothing will load at all. My feed is completely empty and when I try to open my profile I just get an error.

Have been on this for a week, no bugs and explains everything well but it won’t give me any samples. I’ve been bringing up my yeti and consistently checking but never any samples. I keep thinking I’m doing something wrong but I don’t know.

I just did a Instagram post as one of the tasks and I used the hashtags and tags that was given and it rejected the task. I can’t even turn off and turn on my social media account on the app. I did do the task it wont give it to me as a completed task. How can this be fix?

I cannot login at all out of nowhere. I don’t know why !! I tired many times and still give me error. And no customer service one one reply any questions or any emails. This is so weird.

I the needs to be fixed because I’m having issues submitting my reviews Every thing works expect when it’s time to submit my reviews the screen goes white after hitting the submit button

I love Influenster as well and have been so fortunate to be able to give my honest reviews from products received. Keep up the great work Influenster and sending goodies my way. Reviews are what make great products for purchase by anyone who reads them!

why happened to this app? it is not what is what like when i first joined. i just started using after not using for years and so many things don’t work. but man the concept is so good. i love reviewing things to share what i love and don’t about things and to read what love and dislike as well. but i need the app to working well. and what happens after tier nine?

The app needs work. I keep seeing surveys pop up for review that I never signed up for. Then the surveys that I have signed up for and received product either don’t show as complete after all reviews have been done, or they are pending review, but say coming soon. Also, it would be nice if there was a decline selection for cash back offers.

Fix the Connect PayPal task! Also never received points got having my friends sign up!

I found Influenster about six months ago and I absolutely love the platform. I love the product reviews and I also love the information I find out about products I wanted to try but was hesitant! I would say it’s my favorite app!!!

Great place to read reviews! And you can get deals and sometimes frees stuff if you give reviews and are honest with your review! Don’t just give good review give bad ones as well

I’ve noticed more and more glitches and bugs in the Influenster app lately. It’s become really frustrating to use. Because of this, I’ve decided to delete my account and stop creating content here. The last straw for me was removing the option to paste text and even the ability to dictate it by voice — which is something I used all the time. Without these features, creating content has become almost impossible.

I went from email to Apple Store app updated . now I can’t receive back surveys or anything smh what just happend?
