The app has been discontinued. Not sure why it’s still available for download, as it has been disabled by the USPS.

This app still functions 1000 times better than the main USPS mobile app. DEJOY IS GARBAGE AND WE ALL KNOW IT.

Love that usps provides this so i can see what i will he receiving today in the mail and if its worth going to the mailbox or not, not only that but it shows pictures showing whats in the mail

Please don’t get rid of this app, it is so much better than the USPS Mobile app, which makes you re-login every since time you open or switch to the app.

I use this app almost every day! USPS, please reverse your decision to stop using this app. Your other app that contains Informed Delivery is clunky an I have to sign in every time.

Wish that they weren’t killing off this app. I’ve enjoyed the service and found the app handy for checking on my deliveries without having to re log in on a daily basis. The USPS app they are redirecting people to is worthless

Why kill this off? Used daily. The USPS is a clunky mess that requires a ton of taps to see my informed delivery items. This app was quick and easy. Kill off the USPS app and not this one.

This app is very useful, I can just add tracking numbers and check on them whenever I want. The usps mobile app is garbage, why use that when I can just use safari?! Shame on you!

I liked this app. It was super helpful at times. To bad it’s going away.

The replacement app (USPS Mobile) is crap, requiring us to keep logging in every time, not even an app, but links to the usps website, which is valueless. Useless. Pointlesss. KEEP THIS APP RUNNING, AT LEAST IT DOES WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO!

I love it I love being able to be informed and what to accept about what’s coming to the house!

I use this app daily and I’m sad that they are discontinuing it for an app that just takes me to the website and that I have to sign into every time I just want to use informed. That is dumb. Keep this app !

Not great, but better than the USPS app which is just a link to the built in browser that makes me log into the website. It’s less clicks to just open safari and go to usps.com.

This app works great. The other app (USPS Mobile) is garbage. Discontinuing this one is a mistake.

This is a great tool. I receive N email each day showing the letters and packages that are being delivered.

Why is USPS discontinuing this app for the garbage USPS mobile that is nothing more than a glorified webapp? After years of issues and updates, informed delivery finally works reliably and they shut it down.

This app is being discontinued as part of a political assassination. The USPS that is integral to civil society is being gradually disassembled piece by piece. Stop this.

PLEASE do NOT discontinue this app! It’s over a 30 minute drive to get my Mail. I only go when there is worthwhile mail or packages. Without this app I will need to make an often-needless drive 😰

For once the USPS got something right and now the USPS wants to force us to log in and jump thru hoops to see informed delivery… STUPID. KEEP THIS APP PLEASE!

The ID app has always worked for me which is why I’m confused as to why they’re discontinuing it. The USPS app redirects you to where you have to log in every time. I won’t be using it because of that.

I use the app daily, love it! It’s too bad they are discontinuing it... I hate having to sign in every time on the website. Please don’t get rid of this app.

It’s pretty good actually. Doesn’t have any bugs or errors. Always works pretty fine. Nothing to wish more for.

I’ve been using this and I’ve had no problems even though I see others complaining. It’s very effective and you were able to see what mail you have delivered that day

Please don’t discontinue this app. It is my go to get my daily mail. It has worked great since I downloaded it several years ago. I’ve had no issues with this app at all.

Yes, it’s dependent on the data provided by the USPS sorting information, but the app itself does everything it’s designed to do, does it well, and is always dependable. Sometimes simple is more.

Now the UI isn’t perfect… but this app is super useful and I will be very annoyed having to log on to a website each time instead of just opening the app on my phone. Please reconsider mothballing this app!!!!

This is my most used app, and I just learned that it’s being discontinued. So upsetting.

I’m sad to hear this app will no longer be available after June 2nd... I’ve got use to it... I know I can still get the notification through the email... but it was really accurate and I love it this app!!!

Please don’t cancel the app. It’s very helpful when out of town or in town, for that matter. I can’t get to the mailbox all the time and this is really convenient

Got a message that this app is going away soon, and should switch to USPS, so I tried. The other app is a pain because I have to login every single time I use it. With this app it keeps me logged in so it is much faster to use.

Works great and I’ve never had any trouble with it. Very convenient. Please don’t discontinue this app as the “replacement” is a pain to use and will result in me no longer using Informed Delivery.

Fonts are entirely too small. Very hard to use when the app ignores the Apple font size setting and does not have one of its own.

This is great! I can see what’s in the box before I head out to the mailbox! I don’t need to run out daily, I just check to see if it’s worth the walk first. It’s so easy and reliable...even packages that are mailed to me are on here.

Please don’t discontinue the app. It’s very useful. Most importantly helpful for the disabled people like me. Being able to view my mail in one place quickly is very important to me. Please keep the app.

Someone needs to think before taking this app down i’ve had an awesome experience with this app never a problem makes me wonder why people are complaining

I love informed delivery! It’s genius. It’s a relief info app. I use it everyday to be able in the know about my Mail including packages.

No landscape view. Get with the program government.

Is there a reason the dev’s avoid a navigation controller? A floating back button is odd. Otherwise, overall functionality is on par.

I love knowing when I’m going to be receiving mail, so that I don’t have to keep looking out for the postman on days when I already know that he’s not delivering anything for me. Awesome!
