I rarely write reviews. But there are games that are so apart from the rest, like Gris, Inside, Monument Valley. They elicit an emotional response because of the art, the story, and the gameplay. Inked is up there with those other games. It’s beautifully rendered. I can’t begin to imagine how they pulled this off using Unity. Plus, it goes to show the best of globalization: quite an international team put this together (if you stay for the credits at the end of the game).

The game exceeded all expectations in every way, the sound design was incredible, the music was beyond what you could expect even on a AAA title. Storytelling was smooth, but the best of all, the art was a spectacle. I give this game my highest praise 9.5/10

Inked is a delightful experience with puzzles that have just the right amount of difficulty. The art is charming and fits the storyline so very well. With a flawed, aren’t we all, hero/protagonist who is looking for his lost love. So very charming and unique which is the puzzle experience that I love. Thank you developers and I hope to seem more of this type of excellent experience from you soon. Highly recommend!

Beautiful game but aspect ratio wasn’t correct on iPad. Couldn’t get all the paintings in chapter 9 because it was offscreen

Developer needs to make more levels. When I buy a $5 game I expect to be able to play it for a while. I’m honestly quite surprised that it was so short. Please make more levels.

I just finished this gorgeous game and I have tears in my eyes. The story is beautifully told and the game is exceptional. I am truly in awe and I hope to play more games from this developer.

This was one of the best games I’ve played. PROS: Art, Music, Challenging, Fun, graphics, story and great value for the cost. CONS: Too short, I can’t wait for the next one.

First, what a beautiful game. The artwork and detail of the ink drawings are incredible, the game itself if a fun puzzler that, so far, has been challenging but not to challenging to figure out. Well worth checking this one out.

Very fun game, each level adds a new element to the game. Definitely a puzzle that makes you think, but not too difficult for the most part. Finished it in 2 days and will definitely play again 👍🏻
