My address filled in automatically as we were parking at our hotel. There was no way to change it. We tried everything. It says edit delivery details but address is not one you can change.

A really nice app I use it on the weekends when I have no dessert and order here I looooove this place soooo much the cookies are really good and the mini cookies are super good and they make my day so much sweeter thanks to this place 🍪🍪🍪

App needs some love. Won’t load past a circling cookie—been this way for at least a month, maybe longer 😞

Review is for the app, not the cookies - those are great. However, I don't seem to be allowed to order any through this app - every time I try to log into my account, it tells me the captcha has not been entered correctly. Unfortunately, there is no captcha FOR me to enter incorrectly, so it's just a login loop.

Overall The only main issue I have with the app is the delivery portion. No matter what, everytime I put my address in, it does not keep it to my address. Instead it goes to x-xx street and not specifically where I add the delivery for. Because of this, I have had my orders delivered to the wrong place twice, but haven’t called for a refund as the driver will go back to get my order for me. This is just something I believe needs to be patched due to convenience.

The app doesn't work. It's very frustrating and there's no other way to track orders because they don't answer their phones.
