Very much fun but not

I live 6 minutes drive from Kroger. And the only optional delivery time for free is 3 hours from now. :(

I would definately request your service again! Thank you!

Big time saver, however the price increases and often inability for the app to take chosen replacement can be frustrating.

Unfortunately, prices are marked up from regular store prices, plus you pay delivery and tip fees. Not sure which is better

Amazing … I don’t know why I didn’t do this before.

Sometimes you can’t be guaranteed a shopper will even pick your order up don’t wait too late!

99% of the time when I get groceries delivered I have really nice people and that’s great because in March of last year I broke my hip and having this service has been a real lifesaver and a blessing.

A couple items needed to be replaced. She coordinated with me til we got exactly what we needed. Thorough and thoughtful!! We had to increase tip for sure!! Worth the experience!!

I got injured at my job. I cannot carry heavy items so they have come to my rescue. I suffer with extreme pain daily and they are my angels. So thank you Instcart!!!

The best thing ever. Easy convenient

I used Instacart for the first time today and I’m impressed! Honestly all I really needed was a six pack of beer but of course I added some snacks because you know how those munchies can be right ;) I also order a frozen pizza and a couple other items which arrived super quick and the driver was super friendly! I’ll definitely use Instacart again!

I just got out of the hospital and amount of very restricted diet and wanted to order some prepared food from the Jewel deli, unfortunately, I can’t really tell what’s available from the deli versus somewhere else.

Glad I could send my mom a birthday gift she would like when I’m far away.

So sorry, but all of the veggies were old and smelly. I know shopping at Costco can sometimes be difficult to get good veggies but….I just can’t eat them:

Your new site pattern for selecting choices is horrible. No “search” option stinks. Also, it is almost impossible to navigate back to “account settings “ to make changes in tip etc. I’m an Instacart member for over two years.

I appreciated that the shopper bagged like items together, it made it easy to unload and put away

I love this app and the service, but some thing went terribly wrong with the last release. The search functionality is now totally horrible. It outputs tens of irrelevant results before showing relevant ones. Please fix this!!

I’ve used Instacart many times but tonight with Tanell and as amazing!!!!!! I absolutely felt like I was shopping with her! She goes super fast and communicates throughout! I hope to use her many other times!

First timer here, I’m very impressed with the UI and how quickly everything was shipped to my front door. Not a fan of food shopping and this will save me time to do everything else :)

I love the grocery store options available on instacart. When I’m don’t have time to shop due to work, this is my go-to grocery shopping app. Plus the buy again reminders of what I’ve purchased before helps! Makes my life way easier!
