Instacart works great for me! I love delivering in my free time knowing that it could ease the customers schedule or maybe they didn’t have time to grab their necessary items. It feels good that I am able to help in which ever way I can.

It’s really good and easy work more flexible. This is very helpful for home makers and just only know driving skills

Often the application doesn’t work for half an hour or longer. The Internet works, all other applications open. and only instacart does not work. This is not the first time.

There should be a age limit and no one should be allowed to use 2 different accounts potentially allowing them to get 6 different orders at once

Love how it helps you to know where to find items in store and it also corrects you if you have the wrong item..

Instacart is a great app however there are many bugs that need to be worked on. First off would be blocking shoppers with multiple accounts and those that have bots. Getting a batch is nearly impossible with individuals that have the upper hand by being deceitful. Instacart should level the shopping field so everyone has a share of the pie .

So thankful though, you could improve the app flow with the maps and having more detail in the Shopper app for Instacart for customers, so when they put their address in, it’s a you have like a basic form and they fill it fill it out as the form as the questions and it would make the address, come up with more detail in maps if you had like a basic form for customers to fill out their address, their exact location, especially if they’re in townhomes or apartments. What’s the deal with the cashout option missing??? Super aggravated reaching out to support who aren’t very smart and English isn’t the native tongue. I couldn’t cash out all day and I kept getting the run around. They kept making like it was my fault and after I’ve been with this company over 5 years now. Wth??? And before anyone responds yes I restarted the app, uninstalled it, updated it blah blah blah. This was so ridiculous

Ever since the “hurricane” happened, Ralph’s doesn’t have the store map nor the isles and it honestly slows me down when I shop. I’ve noticed that Bristol farms doesn’t have the store map either. Please get this fix and resolved soon.

I think it is so awesome that I can help people that like the convince of someone shopping and bringing there groceries to them.

My app profile doesn’t look like another person’s…I have updated when I needed to but still am missing the “favorite shopper availability” option…am I doing something wrong??

There are not a lot of orders that come through on the app. I could be in the parking lot or even in the store and will not get a single order.

If you looking to make extra cash. I would recommend instant cart. It’s easy to do and you just have to worry about if there is a lot of begs and your by your self. But other then that it’s pretty cool.

I have just created my account and when I go to the homepage to complete the application, I find that my account is disabled even though it's my first time. What should I do ?

I am loving using this app so far! It’s very easy and helpful. The only issue I have is the app doesn’t seem to work towards the back of festival foods in portage wi, but that’s likely a local cell reception issue.

This is my first time being an instacart shopper. I’ve never tried doing any of these side hustles but I got to say instacart is actually fun and a easy source of income. The promotions and tips are great in my opinion. Definitely useful for those who are struggling out there financially and your 9-5 job isn’t paying enough. 😋

I did 2 orders yesterday. One was challenging because the store’s location map was about half incorrect, so my timing was off and the anxiety of running around was bad (no tip) we should be able to report that But I’m up for a challenge and will try it again

So easy to use. Helpful tips along the way for newbies. You do have to look for the lessons on how to learn to do all the small things. I am still learning. So fun! I love shopping so this is so for me.

Being a shopper is great and has great perks. But you can tell that the customer service doesn’t care about their shoppers. I accidentally used my own card to pay for someone’s groceries, called customer service said “hello?” And they hung up in my face.

When cashing out it would be beneficial it if you guys work with cash app it takes to long to get the funds

It is the best app, I love it, it makes me happy, I have the opportunity to earn money, take care of my children, share time with the family. It's not the delivery's fault, personally I like to ask before refunding because I like the customer to be happy, but it makes me sad when the customer takes my tip
