So thankful though, you could improve the app flow with the maps and having more detail in the Shopper app for Instacart for customers, so when they put their address in, it’s a you have like a basic form and they fill it fill it out as the form as the questions and it would make the address, come up with more detail in maps if you had like a basic form for customers to fill out their address, their exact location, especially if they’re in townhomes or apartments. What’s the deal with the cashout option missing??? Super aggravated reaching out to support who aren’t very smart and English isn’t the native tongue. I couldn’t cash out all day and I kept getting the run around. They kept making like it was my fault and after I’ve been with this company over 5 years now. Wth??? And before anyone responds yes I restarted the app, uninstalled it, updated it blah blah blah. This was so ridiculous

Ever since the “hurricane” happened, Ralph’s doesn’t have the store map nor the isles and it honestly slows me down when I shop. I’ve noticed that Bristol farms doesn’t have the store map either. Please get this fix and resolved soon.

I think it is so awesome that I can help people that like the convince of someone shopping and bringing there groceries to them.

My app profile doesn’t look like another person’s…I have updated when I needed to but still am missing the “favorite shopper availability” option…am I doing something wrong??

There are not a lot of orders that come through on the app. I could be in the parking lot or even in the store and will not get a single order.

If you looking to make extra cash. I would recommend instant cart. It’s easy to do and you just have to worry about if there is a lot of begs and your by your self. But other then that it’s pretty cool.

Instant cashout is a huge perk

I feel they don't pay fairly on double or triple orders. You can make the same with one batch

I have just created my account and when I go to the homepage to complete the application, I find that my account is disabled even though it's my first time. What should I do ?

I am loving using this app so far! It’s very easy and helpful. The only issue I have is the app doesn’t seem to work towards the back of festival foods in portage wi, but that’s likely a local cell reception issue.

This is my first time being an instacart shopper. I’ve never tried doing any of these side hustles but I got to say instacart is actually fun and a easy source of income. The promotions and tips are great in my opinion. Definitely useful for those who are struggling out there financially and your 9-5 job isn’t paying enough. 😋

I did 2 orders yesterday. One was challenging because the store’s location map was about half incorrect, so my timing was off and the anxiety of running around was bad (no tip) we should be able to report that But I’m up for a challenge and will try it again

So easy to use. Helpful tips along the way for newbies. You do have to look for the lessons on how to learn to do all the small things. I am still learning. So fun! I love shopping so this is so for me.

Being a shopper is great and has great perks. But you can tell that the customer service doesn’t care about their shoppers. I accidentally used my own card to pay for someone’s groceries, called customer service said “hello?” And they hung up in my face.

When cashing out it would be beneficial it if you guys work with cash app it takes to long to get the funds

It is the best app, I love it, it makes me happy, I have the opportunity to earn money, take care of my children, share time with the family. It's not the delivery's fault, personally I like to ask before refunding because I like the customer to be happy, but it makes me sad when the customer takes my tip

I enjoy working for instacart easy reliable money I just don’t like u have to suffer because I have people lieing about missing items and causing your rating to go down and fhen u lose batches other than than Publix workers are great they help you find stuff thank you instacart it really helping me out with income

This is a fantastic and easy way for people to make an extra income! I love helping people and the interactions I’ve had to far make it all worth it!! What a great way to give back to the community and help others out! This is a great app on both ends whether for the shopper or for the customer! I love it!!!

I have been instacarting on and off since April of 2020 but as of lately I’ve been taking more orders my rating had stayed at 5 stars for 2years and suddenly dramatically dropped right before I could move to the new platinum reward ( within a week period ) People make false claims and it doesn't seem like instacart dose much to help you (the shopper). Also I feel you need to be paid more for a batch pay.

I have worked with a family member doing instacart and I loved it, she hardly ever even uses her account and I feel like accounts that are inactive should be deactivated so that shoppers that really like to shop can get a chance I’ve been on the waiting list for months and I know their are people that have accounts that haven’t driven in months

App makes you get frustrated while you’re in the store already frustrated/it’s easy for anyone to hack the account

Great app with great work slows you to have a open schedule and for personal use it has a-lot of stores delivery is quick and easy and the employees are super easy to work with 10/10 great app and business

My first batch was a couple of days ago and Instacart made it so simple! It's full proof as the app walks you through everything in a simple manner. It's easy to communicate with the person you are shopping for😊Love it

This app has been there for me in some hard times when I needed help to get me through some financial hardships. You have to go after what you want and this app if that tool that makes it possible , thank you

So I really like this all really easy to manage and the payments are good too the only bad thing is that it’s hard to get a lot of orders

Although I enjoy doing instacart I am concerned that the system is off with the distance and mileage. On some of my orders there is no way I can get to the customer in time. It will say 4.4 miles and then I turn in the GPS and it says 19 minutes.

The app has become extremely difficult to receive batches now. It used to be much better. Even on very busy days

You can be with a shopper that arrives same time and same rating and they may see more orders then you. However, it’s nice the improvements they are making . They are continuing to improve

Such an easy to use process and get paid Instacart is fun and easyfor helping people get the groceries New Apple IOS 15 is NOT working right with Instacart.
