Simple
Doesn’t offer much. You pick your fasting time and the app tracks both your fasting and eating windows. That’s it. I gave it 5 stars because that’s all I needed. I like it.

I also love that the app tells you what metabolic state you’re in at each point of your fast. It’s really interesting as a person new to fasting! It also keeps track of your health trends. Great app!

Very easy to use and navigate. Gives you what state your body is in during your fasting time, depending on how long you’re fasting for. I’ve had it almost a week and I look forward to using this app each day to start my fast clock 🥰
A little wonky
It does well at helping me track times, but it states that I have “6,375 years ago” to reach my fitness goal. I guess I am running way behind. Anyway, don’t count on it to give deep accurate data, but it keeps your time well.
A fasting app gem!
I found this fasting app gem thanks to “Jed Fasting” on You Tube. With so many apps out there, his review helped me lock in on this one and glad I did!
The Fasty App is user friendly and accomplishes exactly what I need - tracking my fasts! The counting timer display that signals what fasting periods (i.e., fat burning) is positive reinforcement to keep going! No pesky adds like other apps is much appreciated. I’m still working through the Stats section and its features but so far so good.

Tracks when I'm fasting AND when I can eat!
I love that this is a free app that will notify me when I can break my fast and when it starts again. I have a notification that gives me an hour warning. It's been so easy to stay on track and I've lost almost 2lbs in a week! Only 2.5lbs until my goal weight!

Still missing some stuff but app asks for suggestions which is great as it has so much room for improvement. I am glad it’s a free app because it covers the basics to keep track of fasting time, and I am happy with that for now. I used to use another app that was free about 3 years ago, it included some nice features but now charges a lot for all features, even those that no one ever uses and the most basic ones that one shouldn’t have to pay an arm and leg for.
Autophagy
Form the research I’ve done autophagy kicks it around 17 hour fasted.
Could the timer ring that shows the hours start showing that? It’s helping to see.

Great replacement
I lost access to the LIFE app. I assume they are going to make it a fee based app so looking for a replacement, I came across this. It works great, no “community” or groups but for myself - I like it.
Recommend if you need a simple tracker for intermittent fasting. User friendly interface etc.
Simple, elegant, exactly what I need
This is a great app. Took a little bit to determine what I could do - key was being able to adjust fasting times since I never remember to start or end the fasts on the app til later. Nice little explanations of types of fasting and benefits after various amounts of time. A++

Ok, ngl I hate giving reviews. Especially when the app asks for one and stuff. But I love how simple it is. The way it acknowledges other kinds of fasts and the benefits of one. It’s free. So you don’t really gotta worry about others. It’s so simple, so easy, and so motivating!! Download the app!! It’s well worth it.
