Very helpful

Helpful for tracking test results and communication with the doctor. Good for seeing appointments and rescheduling.

Messaging not working

I submitted a message to my clinic on July 2. As of July 9, I have not received an answer. I do like to be able to review test results.

I had bloodwork done 8-27 and none of it is showing up. It was there last week

Please bring back features from old app

Need to sift through lots of repetitive information when trying to review clinical notes or labs, like how important it is to get vaccines, there should not be education info in the same place as labs. My past visits from last year say “archived” not sure what that means and I cannot find any clinical notes for some of my appointments so I can’t review what we discussed, disappointing and frustrating app

Access to labs is lacking

Twice now the labs are not published here. In fact, I can’t see them anywhere That’s not helpful. Also bills are lost in here. I will get an email that there’s a bill but never be able to find it in the app

Standardized “MyChart”

Please try to create ONE standardized version of EPIC - MyChart (University of Utah; Intermountain Health; MountainStar; Ogden Clinic). Your individual tweaks to report systems are confusing; time wasting; costly.
