Pass doesn't show in wallet
The pass does not show in wallet when double clicking on the lock button. It shows in the wallet app, which is not as easily accessible

Very convenient
This app has worked seamlessly for me. Super convenient to enter and exit a garage without worrying about payment (credit cards etc.). You just flash your phone and all good.

Seems like the way to handle parking payment, would be better if it didn't crash when you add the ticket to Apple Wallet.

Apple Wallet keeps expiring
For the last many months, a day or two after I add the QR code to my Apple Wallet, the wallet card expires. I have to reopen the app to use the QR code for quick entry. Fix it, please.
Inconsistent
When it works it’s great but it is very sketchy. Will be fine for 2 or 3 weeks and then stops working in one way or another. Sometimes forces me to pull a ticket, sometimes won’t let me out. License plate reader quits working. It can be frustrating. Hard to reach live person for help and people at garage are not helpful.
Trash
Not sure how it got so many stars. It won’t let you edit or remove cars/license plates, the pass doesn’t stay in apple wallet, and customer service is a joke.
Screwed over by high traffic from city events
On the 4th of July, the gates were left open for better traffic flow. By the time it was my turn to scan out the parking lot, the bars were up, and wouldn't take the code. Technically speaking my timer is still running. I sent an email and voice mail asking for help. Still no response
Hard to reserve
Every time I try to reserve the parking spot turns to unavailable.
It was great to use but…..
It was great to use but the app charged me twice and 2 weeks later I’m still trying to get to a refund on 1 week and it’s been impossible to get a hold of anyone. I used the email on the iParkit site 3 times and haven’t received any response.
Interface very glitchy
It took a half hour to reserve a spot. What a drag. bad news!
