So I only put 5 star so it can be on the top. But this app scammed me. When I got the free subscription 7 days passed and I was fine. But then after 7 days it charged my acc without a warning. I need a refund immediately

This app has been saying "contact support" when trying to connect to any VPN server. I uninstall the app then reinstall and it works. Any idea why this is happening?

I got the one year subscription but it won’t let me log into my account, I tried resetting my password but it does not recognize my email.. it’s a great app but this just feels like you guys robbed me of $90.

I am writing this review in hopes that someone from the company will respond. Update: I’ve found contact information and IPVanish has kindly replied here - thank you. My issue is unresolved, apparently due to App Store and prior website account conflicts. I’ve requested a refund from Apple and may start over with a new IPVanish account. 3 stars because I’ve been satisfied with this product in the past.
