Worth it!!!

Very precise tuner, works very well

9.99, not.

Sure this tuner is great and maybe better with the advertised features—like sweetened tunings. But there is no way to find out until you buy the app that they, and many other features are (a lot) extra. Why not state this clearly so that buyers know what they are (and are not) getting for the advertised price. Honestly, this is not honest.

Best Tuner wish it was auv3

Constantly use this tuner at home, randomly anywhere or on the road. One of the best 10 bucks I spent. Just wish it had auv3 support for other apps. Would buy again!

Really like this app!

This app is useful for me. I am a vocalist with a strong singing voice. However, when I hear a note from a pitch pipe, I can’t always hit it. I sometimes sing a note in the chord harmony instead. I might be a major or minor third off. I take this app to choir and I’m sure I’m hitting the desired note.

Solid tuner

Perfect for brass players. Picks up great and the trumpet sound doesn’t distort the app.

The only iOS tuner for the serious player.

There are lots of tuner apps available, some better than others, but if you’re looking for a truly professional grade tuner app, this is the only way to go.

Great for working on intonation on horns

I spent a lot of time with a physical strobe tuner as a kid and it helped my tone and intonation on sax immensely. This app is so useful to have when working on long tones, not to mention portable.

Where is CLA in the presets

Good tuner. Worth the price but takes a little bit to get used to navigating the various menus and understanding all the acronyms. Very precise and could definitely tell the difference with my steel string guitar. One thing is finding stuff. Online I had read that the app had a classical guitar sweetener called CLA, but I can’t seem to find it. Ended up paying for the full sweetener bundle because I couldn’t seem to find where it was and still can’t. Maybe the developers can put a search f

This is real tuning

Do it right. Completely worth the cost. Price a hardware tuner and tell me otherwise. Don’t sleep on the sweeteners packs. James Taylor knows it. Eddie Van Halen knew it: If you want your instrument to sound right, you can’t trust straight math tuning. iStrobosoft puts it where you want it to be, every time.

Great App!

Very sensitive and accurate. We use it for fine tuning flutes in our workshop before they go out to customers and it works well.

Not good

It requires you to buy additional upgrades asking for 50 dollars more on top of the 9.99 originally paid. I’m asking for a refund.

best tuner app out there

Far and away the best and most useful tuner app. Got it due to how much I liked the clip on one, (which is fantastic for guitar type headstocks but could use a little work for violins). This app is that plus some additional strobe bands. Even without the add-ins it’s the best tuner app, and the frequency analysis tools are indeed nice add-ins. Love it.

an update!

thank you for updating the app! I have the strobostomp and love it

Temperaments

Hi, just wanted to inform the developers do double-check the cent inputs for some of the temperaments, as well as allow users to create their own temperaments or see how those available are constructed using a circle of tempered or pure fifths and thirds, allowing users to play around with that. For Vallotti, I’ve noticed A# seems to be way too flat. The app is not bad.

Finally updated!

Yes! The best tuner has finally been updated for new phone screen sizes and hardware 🥳🤩😎🤓

Needs new update!

While I have thoroughly enjoyed using this app through the years for it’s accuracy and convenience—I believe there are currently a few bug fixes that need to be address to improve compatibility with current iOS. My app has been dodgy ever since the last few iOS updates in my iPhone 11; I switched from the iPhone 11 to the iPhone 14 Pro recently, and it still has been very jumpy—it won’t lock in on the notes, even with the proper sweeteners and noise filters engaged. It also would be great if a

Easy to use

I own a Peterson 250 model an after using this one I’m very impressed, very handy

The Best Tuner, Hands Down

iStroboSoft is far and away the best tuner for iPad and iPhone. I’ve used it for years on all types of guitars and even on my sons’ low brass instruments. Peterson strobe tuners are legendary and this app is worth every penny.
