iTranslate Translator App Reviews

Had this app for years and hasn’t given me any problems of access, stalling or being wrong. I use it exclusively for Spanish and rely on it.

I’ve been using this application for years, not enough to subscribe, but really appreciate the ability to use when I need it. The accuracy is really good and I’ve checked the translation into local languages and it’s spot on. Thanks, Russ Janzan

Wonderful and easy to use

it still needs a little improvement with some of the colloquial or euphemisms

I think the graphics could be better. When entering letters into a word for foreign language to be translated into English, the foreign language words are often corrected so quickly that it’s unnoticeable

Paid app. Doesnt work (at all?) off line. Gave me some bad translation in real time that wasnt helpful, even for simple words.

I would rather simple translation. Not always correct you have to double check, but otherwise relatively dependable Needs to develop its work on the photography and you take a picture of a language and have it translate

I love using it!

The transliteration has errors. Was it translated by humans or computer? Check the Greek alphabet. Pronunciations are not all correct.

There are instances where the translation is wrong or confusing. I knew the meaning of A word and could not make sense of the translation and checked with A Spanish English dictionary and the one translation given was not adequate. Words in all languages have more than one meaning and this must be addressed in order to get A correct understanding of A sentence. Also the constant interruptions to try to get me to subscribe to the complete package makes me sure not to do so.

Can you please stop making the default detect language and just let me keep it where I set it as. A lot of the time it’s wrong and it’s annoying to change it every time I open the app.

I have been using this app for several years. I love it! There may be some idiomatic expressions or words/phrases (based on different regions of the country) that are not translatable. However , thus far this is the best app I have used.

Very intuitive and accurate! Love it

My husband and his family speak Arabic as first language. Arabic is a HARD language!! This app helps me stay in conversation with all of them during family get togethers! It helps texting and in person! I am soooo happy I have this app! It has so many languages! You can translate pics, voices, and text. It’s all around the best translation app! It even helps you with pronunciation of words and breaks them down! If you’re looking for an app to help translate AND help you learn a new language, GET

I love this app I use it when I study my Spanish and I use it on occasion it’s a great App !

Great at translation i can use when traveling abroad

The translations are very good. The negative - difficult and near impossible to get a second person translation. It is almost always in the 3rd person - the formal tense. I wish you can find a way to make that easier to access.

Translate is a need for me as a bilingual teacher. I used every day, and I allow my students to use it too. I really love this useful tool.

I have had some issues with the app, but I is getting better. This is a great tool for travel and learning to speak with people

Helpful while taking Spanish lessons…

As a teacher you want all of your students to be able to connect to the curriculum. iTranslate allows me to engage with my students in real time so borne gets left behind and every child is engaged!!! It also allows me to connect with parents. I would recommend it in any setting where you need to connect with others!!!

The most recent auto update I didn’t like. The way they have made it to where you have to go through more steps to translate is annoying. The previous version was a much simpler setup and more understandable layout. This app does work really well though so I still use it for the clients I have where there are language barriers. If you’ve ever heard of the “don’t try to fix something that wasn’t broken to begin with” this was that. It still works though and I’m renavigating. It will be an annoyan

This is a great app. I have always been able to find the language I am looking for. I have been needing to translate a lot of Danish as I have recently started watching Seaside Hotel. iTranslate is very easy to use with great features.

Pathetic greed when you have no other source of income, so you remove what you had freely available. Not human friendly. Only showing more updates to be friendly with capital
