Works great for online shopping and easy to use in store.

I downloaded the J.Crew app a while ago, and have been loving it. Saved for Later is a life saver because I browse for a long time and have a hard time finding things from weeks ago, but this helps me keep track of things I’ve been keeping an eye on.

User friendly and smooth

I love shopping at J. Crew knowing they offer free shipping. It makes a big difference!

I was really impressed with this J Crew app. Very easy to use and designed incredibly well. Great new loyalty program lets you gain points, depending on how much you spend. J. Crew is officially back and better than ever!!!

Just love, love the J.Crew App - so easy to manage and the fashion I enjoy sooo much aside from the quality.

The only thing I’ve noticed worth improving: 1. Monogramming in the app is either non existent, or if you are able to get it in your cart you can’t delete it. 2. Where is Afterpay? I can use it on a computer but don’t see where it’s available in the app.

J. Crew, we love your clothing! It’s 2026, please make a native iPad app! Seriously! Not only will this be more convenient for your customers, but I honestly believe it will help save you money as people will be able to use the app and see bigger pictures of the clothing on an iPad instead of on their phone app.

I like the app… when it works! But lately it’s been plagued by loading issues. I get nonstop error messages when I try and add things to cart. Mostly I give up and shop the store via my mobile browser because it’s too annoying.

The JCrew site is advertising that if you download the app and use the code JCREWAPP you’ll get 15% off. So of course I downloaded the app and the promo code doesn’t actually work.
