I’ll come to Jack-in-the-Box about every day on my lunch. I only have 30 minutes. They’re very fast clean. Food is always hot and fresh. Good service friendly stuff.

Non Issues and a very fast way to order
Can’t place order 24h location
Opening hours for 24h locations show up as “4am - 4 am”. Trying to order at 3:30am, I get this message:
“SORRY, SOMETHING'S WRONG
[restaurant address] is either currently closed or your order cannot be prepared prior to close. Please schedule your order for another time.
No order has been placed or billed.”
Not often hungry during this time of day but sometimes happens. Pls fix it.
App finally fixed.

Yo, Jack in the Box. You gotta relax. I already feel like your food is too expensive and the rewards are barely even worth having the app, but the fact that you send me a notification if I haven’t ordered Jack in the Box in a long time? Come on bro..
Can’t change to drive thru
This is the stupidest thing. You can change your location but there is no way to change from carry out to drive thru. And if you have a carry out order it really messes them up if you try to ask about it in drive thru. It’s obvious the people who made the app have never used it to place an order.
Not worth it
Yes there are discounts and points but I’m always having issues with it and it doesn’t have all of the menu options on it and even when i order ahead i have to wait

App does not let you pay!
I managed to put together an order fine, but when I got to filling out credit card information the fields for the card number and confirmation numbers were completely absent. We had to input the whole order again on the website, and missed out on a 20% off coupon because of it. I think the app is completely unusable because of this issue :(
