Never ate/drank so many fruits and veggies in my life. First two days were a little rough. By day 3 you start feeling so much better. Day 7 you are noticing that your clothes fit better, and you want to continue with better eating habits.

I did it and like it so much that I am now starting the 28 days program. I went from 126 pounds to 122 but I think it has to do with new muscle being built since I also have been motivated to exercise almost daily. I do look and feel noticeable better.

Great program, great coaching, worth 10x the cost of the app.

Just finished Reading the 7 Pounds in 7 Days book and decided to get the app for the recipes so I can loan my book to someone else. I should've listened to the others who said the in-app purchase of the 14 day plan was not worth it - I should not have bought it. But this app is great & a perfect companion to the book.

Jason makes another juicy winner. App is easy to use and well constructed. No problems with it. Juices are best I've had.

The app and the plan are amazing. I originally lost 40 lbs by first using this app and then moving on to his heathy eating plans. However, my one complaint with the app is they removed the ability to check off the shopping list items. The other apps still have this function and it is aggravating that a helpful tool was removed. I've done this 4 or 5 times in the last few years and I always feel so dynamic and so glad afterwards. Watch the coaching videos- they help you stay in the game. You'll be pleasantly surprised with your results and have no cravings for crap food. Such a gift to yourself!

The content is 5 star. The app doesn’t work most of the time. So that’s kind of annoying. But I bought the kindle book so I’m making it. The app is just old and has things that don’t work.
