JCPenney – Shopping & Coupons App Reviews

I don’t think it’s right for you to charge an eight dollar fee to those of us who do not have a local store to actually return to. I shouldn’t have to drive over 30 miles to return it to a store without getting charged.

User friendly design and easy navigation website! Great sales and reward points that stack up quickly! And you don’t have to use credit to earn the points! Easy returns/replacement process with very nice customer support!!

I was shopping today for myself for Once. I found the perfect skirt and I just Love It!! Donna assisted me in checking my rewards (cash pass). She always advises me on what the great deals that they have on sale. Anytime I’m shopping I hope that she is working. It’s always a great day when I shop at JCPenney. Last time it was Skechers shoes. I feel so Special when Im shopping at this location. 💖💖💖

Love the app! To the developers, it would be very helpful for in-store purchases to be reflected in history along with the online purchases. I feel this would boost reorders and the customer experience.

Why does this app make it so difficult to select Ship To Store ???

The app doesn’t allow me to auto fill my credit card from the information stored on my phone. It forces me to get up, find my credit card, and type the numbers in manually. Every other app allows me to auto fill my credit card. I hope they are able to fix this Issue.

I like the app to be able to shop ahead of time, see what the store might have in stock and load in the coupons and cash rewards. The problem I find in store is that the cashiers don’t know how to use it. I’ve had it ready and open for them to scan the barcode in the app the last few times I’ve gone in store and they say they don’t know how do that. They still ask for my telephone number to bring up my rewards, and then I have to open each individual coupon so that they can scan the barcode. Sca

My orders come to me accurate and when I pick them up at the store, I am always greeted with the smile. I love my JCPenney‘s because when there is a problem, they correct it without any issues. I love all my orders this store only sells top quality merchandise. I recommend that everybody go shop here first you won’t be disappointed.

John Doucette is an exceptional associate/representative. He is always very helpful not only to myself but others. He is professional and attentive to everyone that shops at the Palm Desert Store. Management should be made aware of his exceptional service.

No updates on the shipping

I use Kohl’s, Macy’s & other apps that allow me to type a word in the search bar & the app brings up a variety of the word I typed. Every single time I try to search for a specific item of clothing or even a price, I get a blanks screen that says “Hi Tracey” and nothing else. The app will just not work for me. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled & the same thing happens.
