When I entered the person’s name it wouldn’t let me Add to Cart. It said go to Customize which is where I was adding chopped pepper Spread to Mike’s Way. Seems like a programming issue

I use the app about once a week. I love that you can customize your sandwich choices and identify who it’s for with ease. From location to chips to payment options—it’s all here on the app!

Can’t find a way to link my military discount to my on-line orders

They need to do a better job of letting you know how long your order will take before you submit your order an pay. Bought a sandwich on my way home only to find out after I hit submit that it was going to take 45 mins to complete. Now instead of saving time by ordering ahead I had to wait around until it was finished. Had I known it was going to take that long I would have got it another time.

All of the ingredients are always fresh. Friendly staff, clean store.

My only issue with the app is that it does not connect the coupons. I recently received two emails for $2.00 off a regular sub. When I click on it, it takes me to the App Store. I click on open so it can take me to my app and no coupons. If the lady at the register tried to help. She was nice enough to give it to me since she didn’t t have anything to scan. Please fix this

The subs are as good in Michigan as they are in Florida. I wish they had a choice titled “my order” rather than using the chip bin. Change this and you’re at 5+ stars!

When store completely mess up my Oder, not way to report and get it resolved. No way to request refund or get the issues rectified. I’m paying $30 or more and just out of luck if order is wrong.

Love Jersey Mike’s simply the best

Would give 5 stars if I was able to reorder from past orders. The app will only let me reorder from the last order. I can view all my orders from the past years but I cannot place a reorder from this area.
