Lately very glitchy

I have played this game for months but the last month the game has closed for no reason and had frozen screens. Today the frozen screen issue happens on opening and will not reset with with closing or even deleting app and adding back. Please look into this!

Jewel Quest Classic

I really enjoy playing this game but like Yancy Girl said mine has frozen too…. I can’t get into it and I can’t update either….my level is not as high as hers was and I don’t want to lose all my progress…..please reply and help…..I would have given it 5 stars if it hadn’t frozen on me…Jewel Quest-Magic Match 3

Frozen

I am at a very high level, and it just freezes, and I cannot play. I do not want to get rid of it and bring it back and start all over again help!
