App never accepts my payment if I include a tip, but the website is fine in my browser on mobile.
Every time I order, the subs have been wonderful!! I usually have them delivered because I’m working and they have never let me down! Always on time, fresh and I can count on them for a wonderful lunch!!!!

They gave me a free sandwich for signing up. They asked if I loved the app, I said yes, and it said “we love you too!” Nuff said lol
App is great but the rewards system is complete trash.
By and large, the app is pretty user friendly, but if your order gets messed up, it’s a chore to get it resolved. I used the “find” feature to locate the store I placed the order with, and had to call the store to find out how aI could get my missing item. Having a button on the order itself would have made the process so much easier.
I love the App, the only thing I would like to see with and update is getting notifications when the order has been delivered. Many times it has been delivered but I never know.
They messed up and gave us the wrong food we were screaming because they said they could not hear us at least they gave us are correct sandwiches when we went back in but I always love the food just a bad day ig.

Almost perfect sometimes there’s a delay because of weather or because I order at their busy time so I’m aware of that I like to quilt I’m a retired person and the days that I do Quilting I like to order from Jimmy John Always tasty and fresh

App works fine, but it never tells you when your food is ready. I’ve just learned how long I have to wait before going to the store, which I shouldn’t have to do.
Come on Jimmy John’s, add fountain drink as an option for a drink when doing a pick-up order. Now we have to do a separate transaction in the store to get a drink. That’s ridiculous

The app keeps losing my password. I get tired of constantly resetting it I don’t seem to have this problem on my other apps.
Always quick and great food.
They need a better system of tracking. Especially since freaky fast isn’t a thing anymore. I can’t stand outside of my work for an hour waiting for the sandwich when they say it’s on the way.
Sammies are good. Pretty inconsistent with sauces. Sometimes when I order extra mayo it’s less than if I hadn’t. My main gripe, and it seems pretty stupid, is that every time I’ve ordered my sandwich cut in half it shows up whole. Probably 4-5 times in a row. Small thing, but it’s the small stuff that makes you happy. Overall chronic sandwiches and I keep coming back for more! Thanks guys/gals

I put in a special request for no cheese on my kiddos sub and it came with cheese. Also paid for a cookie and didn’t get it. Requested napkins and didn’t get them. I got a tiny straw for my large drink. They didn’t read the ticket! But food came fast and I’m starving.

I want to express a sincere thank you to the staff at Jimmy John’s in Berwyn, IL (Cermak & Harlem). Our orders are always accurate and when they make a mistake they quickly resolve the issue. The staff is always professional and courteous. It’s great when you receive good service and good food in your neighborhood.
The good: see title. The bad: UI is as clunky s as it is ugly. Feels more like a bad web view than a polished app.
Useful app for ordering, but have not been able to get Apple Pay to work. Payment goes through on my credit card, then a credit goes through reversing the transaction. Declined error message was not helpful. Would be much happier if Apple Pay actually worked.

I expect a delivery fee, but JJs is exorbitant. I think they’re turning a profit off the gas budget. The app is still broken. My correct billing address was declined because I’m ordering to a different location than my house. Can’t get order updates.
Sometimes it’s freaky fast, sometimes it’s freaky slow.
I always use downtown Holland JJ and they are consistent, timely, and always friendly!
The app will not update my new credit card with an updated expiration date. I cannot order a delivery order on the app.
The only "surprise" reward they ever give you for meeting their visit goals is a free pickle or chips. There's no surprise. Just come out and admit it, JJ's, you'll only ever give "surprise" rewards of the two cheapest things in the your menu. When a customer would do far better to just create a new account each time they visit, your rewards program is garbage.
