Amazing
It’s so great that they’re even like a real Apple AirPods and I can’t when I connected with them. They were great and it didn’t break. It didn’t hack anything.

Love Jlab products. I’ve been buying headphones and speakers for a while. Great on sound , battery and charging. I recently bought a new pair of jlab Go Air Sport+ and noticed this time to download an app. Love the Ambiance sounds , so i don’t have to go to YouTube anymore. My only complaint is that when i go to my Control Guide nothing pops up. If anyone could help it would be great.

This isn’t for the app but the headphones I got (J lab studio 2) were such a good price the audio is so crystal clear, and the battery life is so LONG
What I want
I want the ability to raise the bass volume for sub 60hz in the go party speaker. Most music i have is below that range of 60hz so being able to raise the sub 60hz bass(to a safe level) would really help.
Easy to use
Love the ability to customize the sound. Custom commands for left and right buds is a nice bonus. Great app!
Doesn’t pair to earbuds
App doesn’t have a purpose cause it won’t pair to my earbuds no matter what. No more static though.
Better that my sleep aid app
They removed most sounds from my ambient sound(Better Sleep) app but JLab just added more sounds with this update. 💪
Connected earbuds
The application as of the last update says connecting when my jlabs are already connected to my IPhone 13 pro, please fix
JLab product app
Had a hard time getting app to connect to earbuds but after uninstalling and download it worked just fine

Fantastic app for epic air sport!
Being able to control the EQ EXACTLY, change which gestures do which actions, and I no gerät with these is great! One bug has to do with some disconnects from the app while adjusting, but for an overall great product? I am positive they will fix it. Great job fixing the older bugs!!
Good experiences, but please add more models
I used to use Jlsb Jbuds Air ANC, and recently I switched to using the Studio Pro ANC headphones. I found that the Studio Pro ANC model does not work with the app. Please add it.

No go pop functionality

Just missing one thing
Add Go Air Pop support and this would I would consider. It has been a solid 3-4 years since the release of Go Air Pop and need to have support. They even show it, please in the next update add support. My other headset that was stolen worked well on the legacy app until discontinuation. Just please add Go Air Support.
Mini
I have a the mini JBuds, and the app connected to them right away. I don’t know if they fixed the issues mentioned in previous reviews or not. I did have the ear buds playing music when I started up the app. They might need to be out of the case to connect to the app. I do like the app, it’s simple and easy to navigate.

Ts buns
This app won’t let me pair my Go Air Tones so i can’t mess with the settings of them.
Works Pretty Well - But…
After the most recent update (around start of Feb ‘26) the ambient sounds no longer play if the app is closed. The feature only works if the app is open and active in the phone. This was one of the primary features I used.
