How is such a wonderful app that is free to use! I love how you can customize meals that don’t use foods or cookware that you don’t like or have! Additionally, I love that you can create a meal plan that sticks to a certain budget, and is portioned exactly to the number of people in your household! This app has saved me so much time, money, and energy!

I am fairly active and do quite a bit of running. Jow has made it easier fueling my body, especially after long days at work!!

I found this app and I think it’s a great way to get cash back from your grocery shopping! Also you get a whole week off from thinking about recipes!

I have such a hard time everyday figuring out what to feed myself or my partner. It causes so much anxiety I just end up eating something terrible for me as well as unsatisfying. This allows me to choose easy meals ahead of time so I never get overwhelmed by the options as well as curates my grocery list so I don’t waste money on impulse purchases. Incredible all around.

I love this app, even though it’s had a few glitches here and there. The glitches seem to happen whenever you place an order with the store and it doesn’t go through! It’s gotten better over the year.

Free, orders your groceries online, and has a lotta easy recipes. I recommend to my grandma and aunt

This app is a lifesaver! I’m so bad with meal planning and prepping what I need to buy from the store. This app totally changed that! It makes meal planning so easy and doesnt take up much time. In all, it’s actually saved me money so I don’t get side tracked and buy random groceries! Highly recommend trying out :)

As someone who works a 9-5 (which is now 8-5 these days let’s be real), Jow is the exact product I look to try out to ease my stress and load both in my personal and professional life. I am able to meal prep for every meal that I can eat at home, on the go, at the office, etc. I ultimately save money as well as time by not buying miscellaneous groceries all the time multiple times a week and not using certain items. In this economy, Jow is just smarter.

this is the best app i’ve used for meal planning. i love that it gave the most affordable ingredients. i just wish they could take SNAP payment.

Since using JOW, I have been able to get my son to try many different meals. No longer is dinner boring and no longer am I having to cook two meals!!!! Thank you JOW!!!!

I just recently downloaded the Jow app and I’m pleasantly surprised by not only how easy it was to navigate but also how simple the recipes were and how easy it was to make the recipes. You add the recipes and it picks all the things you need and uses ingredients for multiple recipes so you aren’t over buying! 🧡🧡🧡 definitely recommend if you shop at HEB!

I’m excited for this app! So happy I found it! I only shop at H-E-B so the perks and benefits are perfect for me! Totally recommend for all the info it provides!

this app is exactly what i have always wanted. great user interface, easy to use, and amazing integration with HEB curbside. i genuinely love that it takes all the guesswork out of making a menu, what to buy, and even making the list! i also like that you can add your own recipes!

Good customer service and really effective way to track your dieting restrictions and it adds it into your grocery cart too. Pretty neat

This app is a big YES for me! The concept is amazing! Meal plan and grocery list done for you! You can easily remove staples that you already have handy before checkout! Navigating the app is easy you don’t need to be tech savvy! Also their choice of recipes are great and they are not too complicated!

I love this app. I always hated adding all my ingredients for meals into my shopping app, I hated forgetting what I was cooking for dinner. This app made it simple!! Healthy easy meals!

This app definitely improved my grocery shopping experience and simplified my kitchen routine! The recipes are yummy and I was also able to add some of my own. The user interface is friendly and pretty much all the grocery stores I shop with were listed. This saved me some valuable time while helping me to eat better.

THIS IS A GAME CHANGER!!! Truthfully it’s better than all meal delivery apps I’ve come across, this is my new favorite and I love sending recolors to my family so they can pick what they’d like for dinner. I just order it in the morning, and pick it up from the grocery store in time for dinner. Hassle free! Recipes are simple, delicious, and have excellent tutorials and customization!

I love the yummy and easy recipes, and I mean EASY! I go on these other meal apps and it starts talking about “fry the chicken yourself” and “cut the tomato” but not round here pal They tell you to buy bagged chicken strips and canned tomato’s, love love LOVE

This seems like such a cool concept, however, there were no stores located near me. There is a Kroger that offers delivery to my address so not sure why that wasn’t picked up? The only store offered was Harris Teeter and the closest HT is almost 200 miles away. Rated 3 stars because it seems cool and I will definitely download again in the future to see if it’s improved.

I love this app. It lessens the mental load and helps me stay within budget AND cook healthy meals. I live the pictures of meals as well because I can have my little one help choose dinner!

Makes meal planning so easy!

If you like simple meals and hate planning, this app is a game changer. I personally would like to see the developers add the following: ability to make notes on recipes (or convert a jow recipe to personal so I can tweak it), connect to other recipe accounts like NYT cooking, and order from Walmart.

This app cost me nothing, and it is the most amazing thing ever!!! How did you guys make such a great app and thank you so much for sharing it! I have made two meals so far and they are amazing! and put all my groceries in the shopping cart. We are eating healthier and more exciting food. Thank you again.

Love that it reduces waste, I can customize my meal plan and the recipes seem awesome! Only reason it doesn’t have 5 starts is because I can’t get stores in my area. But big Delivery Meal service recipes with portions and customized to our diet is great.

Ive been using this app for over a year now, and it’s a game changer! It’s demystified cooking for me, taking it from a daunting & time consuming thing to a way to make varied meals I enjoy quickly, easily and without blowing my budget or logistics out of the water. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely LOVE this app. It has made my life so much easier!! I enjoy cooking a lot more and it has saved me money by not eating out as much and saving a lot more money at the grocery store because I don’t waste so much on unnecessary items. None of these dishes have disappointed, and I love how it’s step by step. I literally have recommended this app to so many of my friends and family as well 💜

I absolutely love the concept and execution of this app. The recipes are creative, and I love that you can connect it to your nearest grocery store. I will say that the recipes can be a bit “simple” and often require extra spices and love to improve the taste. I would treat the recipes as a base and build from there. Also, another issue is that often the dislikes filter doesn’t work, and it suggests options for me that I cannot eat due to allergies. Other than that, I love using it!

I absolutely love this app! It has helped me figure out what I want to do for the upcoming and what to cook. I love that it had also helped me expand my palate and I’ve started to cook things I normally wouldn’t. It’s also very helpful that it has videos showing how to prepare the food. I recommend this app to anyone when I get the chance!!

I’m about to sound like an infomercial but I seriously LOVE this app! I always loved cooking but am horrible at meal planning and with two little kids I just didn’t have time to look for recipes. This app chooses recipes for you and then creates your grocery list. Each recipe is seriously extremely easy and tasty and I’ve been able to cook a wide variety of dishes (stepping a bit out of my comfort zone if you will). I love that I don’t have to think about what’s going to be for dinner each day.

Jow has been really great for helping me with recipes inspo. Sometimes I get burnt out with the same meals each week, but there’s so much variety 😊

I love this app but the US version doesn’t offer Thermomix recipes (like in the French version) even though this appliance is now available for purchase in the US. Please update and add, then I will give you 5 stars :)

I absolutely LOVE this app, I made all my friends and family download it. I’m cooking things I never thought I would be able to make and doing it with ease! I seriously cannot thank this app enough for making me love cooking again!

I love the idea of the app, lately it seems the amount of suggested recipes is very limited. Would love to see more variety and options for meals. That being said, the meals I have tried are outside of my “normal” go to’s and they were awesome, I plan on trying more.

I’ve been loving the Jow app for quick weeknight dinners for the family. It’s great that they aren’t too involved and have few ingredients. 🙏🏼

I literally love the fact you can make a list and cross the groceries off while you're shopping at the store, so convenient! That was my favorite part of the app there's definitely a lot more things stuff to love

My partner and I love food, but not so much the preparing and planning. How makes it easy to just pick something good. And the recipes are simple but still yummy!

I made my first order and the recipes were all great! Now when I go in it keeps telling me I have to add an address in Instacart (I already have one) or it tries to get me to sign into Instacart again and just gets stuck endlessly loading. Tried to report the bug but there’s zero way to do so on the website! I really wish this app worked, it seemed great!

Does not use local grocery stores, it only finds the closest stores to you that they use which for me is an hour away. I have 3 grocery stores 10 minutes if that from me.
