CarPlay Feature is broken

When I first bought this app, I thought it was great. Worked great on Apple CarPlay, which is why I got it. I listen to my broadcast through CarPlay while I’m driving. But now CarPlay feature is no longer functioning. It just tries to load and then just times out. I tried to reach out to Support and got no response. It’s been several days.
