Great delivery and service

I’m using it in Sicily and 2 orders were cancelled, then the 3rd order came, but there was no tracking, so I called the restaurant to confirm it was coming. They didn’t deliver one of the pizzas I ordered for some reason & apparently one of the beers broke, which wasn’t a big deal, but they didn’t automically refund them & it took 2 tries to get Just Eat customer service to agree to refund them. They said they’d email confirmation in 3 days…definitely room for improvement.

My main issue with this app is the customer service. I had an issue with a delivery and there was no real help given to me. I don’t recommend it at all if you are in Italy Glovo is a better option
