I like the Chiefs a lot (not no swifty) but this app could be better but I recommend if you are a fan or like betting

Have had multiple issues. 1st Chiefs rewards not showing up. Now accessing tickets. “support” for the rewards issue was terrible. Was told only 2 Chiefs support people had access needed. The IT person was totally unhelpful. Very short email replies, with no details on how to fix issue. It appears, to be fully functional, you must be able to log on to Ticketmaster and NFL OnePass.

This app used to have dependable streaming ability. It has become increasingly wonky; slow to start streams, streams dropping or pausing w no explanation, no time icon indicating what is happening. When stream does reappear, it often begins with an ad, then freezes again. Of course, one must check internet download speed before blaming any app. I did. My connection was solid at 13 mps. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. It is an exercise in frustration now. I watched all of Andy’s comments. One ha

Multiple items no longer allowed in Arrowhead are not listed in the application list.

This used to be so easy. Now it is not available anymore, why is this so difficult to put your CHIEFS Tickets into your wallet? Someone needs to rethink this.
