The app is ideal for extra income, the call center is amazing but the chat team needs room for improvement. Suggestion: attach employer Ids to facilities that way recertifications are easy to do if this was someones main source of income.

I first started working with this company and it was so easy! You get paid on the way home 99% of the time (depending on the facility). KARE used to be great about giving an incentive (ex. Work 5 shifts and receive a 300 dollar bonus), however, they haven’t done one in a long time. Unfortunately, the area I’m in there are not many places to pick up unless I drive 2+ hours. Other than that the app is easy to use!

My app is instructing me that it has a upgrade . It will not let me log in until it’s upgraded. There is no option in the App Store for it to be updated. I have deleted and reinstalled it but it still doesn’t update it for the up grade . Now I can’t log in because message to upgrade it pops up when I open it . Can you please fix this.

Great App! Fast response time and very helpful. This is my number one app to pick up shifts through!

For somone who is just getting started with the app u may apply to many shifts but not get chosen because u have no rateing it’s hard.

App is ok definitely need to fix some issues. It constantly logs you out especially if you’re at a shift. It required you to hit ready to go 2 hrs before your shift even if you’re 20 min away from a facility first of all no one wants to wake up 2 hrs early just to hit ready to go. If you’re working a 16 hr shift same issue you have to hit ready to go 2 hrs ahead of time. What happens when you’re busy and you can’t hit ready to but you’re already at work for the same facility it’s annoying.

I really enjoy working for KARE. It’s a lot of freedom and flexibility.

PLEASE fix the filters! It is EXTREMELY annoying to have to scroll through dozens of CNA openings mixed in with LPN openings. It has been going on too long and it is never addressed with the updates. Also, please consider an instant pay option. Some facilities take a very long time to verify your shift.

Love the next day and even same day pay!!! Also being in control of your own schedule is always a plus. Easy hiring process if you are already in the medical field upload all required documents do a phone interview and that’s that.

I love the app .

Kare will not follow up on messages that are put in the app, even if it a request for assistance. But as soon as you cancel a shift or if they need you to pick up a shift, you’ll get a phone call! This is the only complaint I have. I think this needs to be corrected immediately.
